    摘要:

    為滿足壓電泵系統(tǒng)流體精確控制及小型化的需要,,提出利用壓電自感知及神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的單腔單振子壓電泵流量自測(cè)量方法。壓電泵結(jié)構(gòu)上采用雙壓電晶片振子同時(shí)作為執(zhí)行元件與傳感元件使用。首先分析了流量影響因素,,并分析了傳感壓電片輸出信號(hào)與振子變形關(guān)系。得出:壓電泵流量與振子振動(dòng)狀態(tài)存在函數(shù)關(guān)系,,振子的振動(dòng)狀態(tài)可由傳感壓電信號(hào)實(shí)時(shí)反映,,因此在信號(hào)中隱含著壓電泵流量信息。據(jù)此制作了傳感壓電信號(hào)參數(shù)測(cè)量電路樣機(jī),,將參數(shù)測(cè)量結(jié)果作為神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輸入,,建立了用于壓電泵流量預(yù)測(cè)的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:利用該方法得到的預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量值之間相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.9993以上,,最大相對(duì)誤差率小于3.46%,,預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果與測(cè)量值接近,。該流量自測(cè)量方法具有較好的準(zhǔn)確性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the accurate fluid control and the miniaturization of piezoelectric pump system, a flow self-measurement method for single chamber and single vibrator piezoelectric pump was proposed based on piezoelectric self-sensing and neural network. A bimorph vibrator was applied in piezoelectric pump acting as actuator and sensor simultaneously. Firstly, the influencing factors of flow were analyzed using the pi theorem of hydromechanics. Secondly, the relationship between sensing piezoelectric signal and deformation of the vibrator was studied. Then, the information of flow implicit in the sensing piezoelectric signal was found. Thus, a prototype of the parameter measurement circuit for sensing piezoelectric signal was made, and a BP neural network model for flow prediction was constructed by using the parameters acquired from the circuit as the input vector. Experimental results show that the correlation coefficient between the predicted data and the measured data is above 0.9993, and the maximum relative error is less than 3.46%. the results of prediction are close to the actual data. The method proposed for flow self measurement has a good accuracy.
