    搭建同步光學(xué)可視化實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),,以并聯(lián)三角形微通道硅基熱沉為實(shí)驗(yàn)段,,微通道入口玻璃蓋板內(nèi)側(cè)濺射5個(gè)Pt微加熱器構(gòu)成種子汽泡發(fā)生器陣列。研究了低入口質(zhì)量流量下不同種子汽泡觸發(fā)頻率對(duì)微通道內(nèi)沸騰不穩(wěn)定性的影響,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,種子汽泡觸發(fā)頻率作為控制微通道內(nèi)流動(dòng)沸騰不穩(wěn)定的重要參數(shù),,單相液體區(qū)域,種子汽泡對(duì)微通道內(nèi)流動(dòng)影響很??;兩相區(qū)域,隨著熱流密度增大,,壓降呈線性上升,,壁面溫度呈指數(shù)式上升。觸發(fā)頻率越高,,壓降越高,,壁面溫度下降越大。相同熱流密度條件下,,高頻種子汽泡能夠完全消除沸騰不穩(wěn)定性,,壁面溫度顯著下降,溫度均勻性得到明顯提升,。

    Abstract:

    A simultaneous optical visualization experimental system was set up, and a parallel triangle silicon microchannel heat sink was used as the test section. Five platinum film microheaters was etched at the top glass cover surface and located at the microchannel entrance, acting as a seed bubble generator array. The microscale flow boiling instability under different seed bubble frequencies was experimental examined. The results show that the seed bubble frequency is an important parameter to control flow boiling instability. In the single liquid flow region, seed bubbles have negligible effect on flow. In the two-phase flow region, with heat flux increasing, pressure drop increases linearly and the temperature of the heating wall surface increases exponentially. Moreover, higher pressure drop could be approached with lower wall temperatures and higher bubble triggering frequency. With the same heat flux, the seed bubbles triggered with high frequency can completely eliminate flow boiling instabilities, heating wall temperature could be dramatically decreased, and the uniformity of the temperature could be promoted significantly.
