    摘要:

    從生物強(qiáng)化作用機(jī)理,、作用效果及影響因素等方面對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外生物強(qiáng)化在沼氣發(fā)酵過程中的研究進(jìn)行了歸納與總結(jié),表明生物強(qiáng)化在厭氧發(fā)酵的原料預(yù)處理、系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng),、產(chǎn)氣等方面均具有促進(jìn)作用,,可提高系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)氣效率,,但多數(shù)研究為實(shí)驗(yàn)室規(guī)模的批式發(fā)酵,,生物強(qiáng)化的功能菌在發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)中的適應(yīng)能力及穩(wěn)定性是限制該技術(shù)實(shí)際應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵問題,需揭示投加的功能菌與系統(tǒng)土著微生物間的相互作用機(jī)制,,研制性能穩(wěn)定,、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)的功能菌劑,,尋求更佳的生物強(qiáng)化作用方式、建立強(qiáng)化效果的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),,才能使生物強(qiáng)化技術(shù)在實(shí)際工程中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,。

    Abstract:

    The application of bioaugmentation techniques in anaerobic fermentation was reviewed in term of mechanisms, effects and influencing factors of the bioaugmentation process. It reveals that bioaugmentation has positive effects on anaerobic fermentation, such as in feedstock pretreatment, anaerobic digestion processes start up and biogas produce. However, most of the existing researches were conducted in laboratory scale and batch assays. The focal point of bioaugmentation process is the survival and activity of functional microorganisms in the fermentation system. There are still a series of problems that need to be solved to increase the success of bioaugmentation strategies widely using in actual engineering, such as revealing the interrelationship of the inoculated microbial culture and existing microflora, developing stable and adaptable functional microbial agents, seeking better ways of bioaugmentation performance, establishing evaluation criteria of the bioaugmentation effects.
