    結(jié)合自主研發(fā)的冠層反射光譜測(cè)量裝置,,對(duì)裝置主動(dòng)光源采用的波長(zhǎng)730 nm和810 nm兩種窄帶LED的光譜穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了研究,。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:兩種LED在未加特殊控制,、按照測(cè)量要求高頻脈動(dòng)點(diǎn)亮?xí)r,,結(jié)溫均顯著升高,,造成光源光譜峰值波長(zhǎng)的線(xiàn)性紅移和發(fā)光強(qiáng)度的線(xiàn)性降低,,嚴(yán)重影響測(cè)量裝置測(cè)量結(jié)果的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性,。提出了一種間歇式脈動(dòng)驅(qū)動(dòng)LED的方法,,該驅(qū)動(dòng)方法使LED工作時(shí)結(jié)溫的升高幅度保持在2℃以?xún)?nèi),峰值波長(zhǎng)的波動(dòng)小于1nm,。最后該驅(qū)動(dòng)方法被嵌入到反射光譜測(cè)量裝置中,,進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)及田間穩(wěn)定性測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn),反射光譜響應(yīng)值最大相對(duì)波動(dòng)率小于5%,。

    Abstract:

    With the self-developed measurement equipment of canopy reflection spectrum, the spectral stability of two kinds of narrowband-LEDs, which were used as active light sources and had peak wavelengths of 730nm and 810nm respectively, were studied. The experimental results showed that the junction temperature of the LEDs was significantly increased when the LEDs were pulse-lighted in high frequency based on the request of the measurement. The increased junction temperature resulted in linear red-shift of the light source spectra and linear decrease of luminous intensity of the light source, which seriously affected the stability and reliability of the measuring results. A new method of driving LEDs, named intermittent pulse-driving LED, was proposed. When LEDs were driven in this method, the rise of the junction temperature could be effectively controlled below 2℃, and the red-shift of peak wavelength of light source spectra was less than 1nm. Finally using the self-developed measurement equipment of canopy reflection spectrum, in which this method was embedded, the experiments were implemented both in laboratory and wheat field to measure the reflectance response of the crop canopy. The fluctuation ratio of measured results was less than 5%. The LED-driving method proposed could be applied in developing measuring equipments for detecting reflection spectrum of crop canopy. 
