    設計了一種使用擺線內(nèi)嚙合轉子為計量元件的容積式流量計,。該結構流量計具有耐高壓,,結構簡單、精度高,,大流量時壓力損失小等優(yōu)點,。設計了擺線轉子流量計樣機,搭建了實驗平臺對其性能進行測試,給出了其流量系數(shù)曲線,并對影響容積式流量計精度的原因進行了分析,。針對產(chǎn)生測量誤差的原因,提出了對流量系數(shù)進行線性補償?shù)姆椒▉硇拚嬃拷Y果,。結果表明,,通過修正后實驗樣機對1~100L/min的流量在31.5MPa以下的計量精度可達±0.3%。

    Abstract:

    The measurement of the flow rate of various liquids and gases is critical in industrial automation. Positive displacement flowmeters (PDFs) are highly accurate flowmeters that are relatively insensitive to the upstream velocity distribution and fluid viscosity. This paper presents a high-pressure PDF containing a pair of internal cycloid rotors, with the advantages of large displacement, compact structure, high accuracy and small pressure loss. Flow coefficient curve of the prototype fabricated as the part of this research is given, and the reasons influencing the accuracy of the PDF are analysed deeply. In order to further improve the accuracy, the flow coefficient is corrected by linear function. Several experiments were performed to confirm the measurements over a flow range of 1~100L/min with relative errors of less than 0.3%.
