    摘要:

    基于聲表面波(SAW)技術(shù),,應(yīng)用單端口SAW諧振器,設(shè)計(jì)了車(chē)輛驅(qū)動(dòng)軸動(dòng)態(tài)扭矩測(cè)量裝置,,實(shí)現(xiàn)車(chē)輛驅(qū)動(dòng)軸扭矩?zé)o線無(wú)源實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量,。采用三點(diǎn)等間距對(duì)稱(chēng)方式布置信號(hào)收發(fā)天線,消除信號(hào)的繞射現(xiàn)象,;以PWM信號(hào)控制FET時(shí)序通斷,,設(shè)計(jì)信號(hào)查詢(xún)時(shí)序電路;通過(guò)差頻測(cè)量方式,,消除溫度等因素的影響,,提高了測(cè)量精度。模擬試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,測(cè)量裝置所測(cè)得結(jié)果與理論模型一致,,測(cè)量靈敏度約為1.15 kHz/(N·m),為車(chē)輛驅(qū)動(dòng)軸動(dòng)態(tài)扭矩的測(cè)量提供了一種可行的方案,。

    Abstract:

    This paper presents a real-time measurement method of vehicle transmission shaft dynamic torque, which was based on two single-port SAW resonators. Using three-point equidistantly and symmetrically arranged signal transceiver antenna, the diffraction of signal was eliminated. The control circuit of signal transmitting and receiving sequence was achieved with PWM signal, therefore, the hardware circuit was simplified. Modeling of SAW torque sensor measurement with frequency difference was introduced into this measurement system,, and the influence of temperature or other factors was reduced and the measuring accuracy was improved. Theoretical and experimental results were compared and the results showed good agreement and supported the validity of the SAW torque sensor model. Obtained measurement sensitivity was 1.15 kHz/(N·m), and a feasible solution for vehicle transmission shaft dynamic torque measuring was provided.
