    摘要:

    基于虛擬儀器技術(shù)并結(jié)合各種傳感器,,設(shè)計(jì)了籽棉殘膜分離裝置的測(cè)試系統(tǒng),,并將系統(tǒng)采集數(shù)據(jù)和四通道智能壓力風(fēng)速風(fēng)量數(shù)據(jù)采集儀及手持式激光轉(zhuǎn)速計(jì)測(cè)量的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:大、小滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速采集數(shù)據(jù)的最大相對(duì)誤差為0.68%,,風(fēng)速采集數(shù)據(jù)的最大相對(duì)誤差為8.95%,。系統(tǒng)測(cè)試精度滿足對(duì)風(fēng)速和轉(zhuǎn)速的測(cè)量要求,。

    Abstract:

    In order to real-time and accurately obtain the multi-point wind speed of all the key regions and rotate speed of the big and small mesh rollers during running of the mesh roller-type unginned cotton and film remnant separator, the automatic monitor system was designed and developed based on virtual instrument technology combining with a variety of sensors. Finally, the value acquired by system was compared with the measured data of the handheld laser tachometer and the four-channel intelligent pressure data collecting instrument for wind speed and volume. Experimental results showed that the maximum relative error of rotate speed of the big and small mesh roller was 0.68%, and the maximum relative error of wind speed was 8.95%. The result indicated that the monitor system met the measurement requirements for collecting wind speed and rotate speed and the system was reasonable and practical.
