    摘要:

    為了提高散體物料孔隙率檢測(cè)精度及可靠性,基于理想氣體狀態(tài)方程,按照氣體置換法,,研制了一種定容型散體物料孔隙率的快速測(cè)定裝置,,開(kāi)發(fā)了自動(dòng)檢測(cè)控制系統(tǒng),。在設(shè)定的0.1~0.4 MPa測(cè)量范圍內(nèi),采用可精確測(cè)得其體積且形態(tài)各異的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不銹鋼球體,、塑料四棱柱體,、鵝卵石以及細(xì)石子的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),,系統(tǒng)的充氣壓力越高,,測(cè)量誤差相對(duì)越小且重復(fù)性越好。采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不銹鋼球體與圓柱體,,在孔隙率分別為16.02%,、25.14%、35.57%,、49.05%,、58.42%、67.79%,、76.57%,、85.36%、94.14%的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件下,,給出了補(bǔ)償系數(shù)的計(jì)算式,。在樣品填充率分別為25%、50%,、75%,、100%,充氣上限壓力為0.4 MPa的試驗(yàn)條件下,,檢測(cè)濕基含水率為13.5%的稻谷的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,,測(cè)量誤差極差為0.3%,證實(shí)了測(cè)量結(jié)果的可靠性,。

    Abstract:

    To improve detection precision and reliability of the porosimeter for particle materials, a constant volume porosimeter and an automatic control system were developed based on the ideal gas state equation and gas displacement method. In 0.1~0.4 MPa, the results showed that the higher the inflation pressure, the better the repeatability and precision of porosimeter when stainless steel balls, prisms, pebbles and fine stones were used in the test. The equation of error compensation was proposed through the calibration experiment using standard stainless steel balls and cylinders in the standard condition. The porosity of the samples were 16.02%, 25.14%, 35.57%, 49.05%, 58.42%, 67.79%, 76.57%, 85.36%, 94.14% respectively. In the inflation pressure limit of 0.4 MPa, with 13.5% wet basis of paddy porosity, the test results showed that the range of porosity was 0.3%, when filling rates of sample were 25%,50%,75%,100% respectively. The reliability of measurement was proved by the results.
