    摘要:

    提出恒壓網(wǎng)絡(luò)電液變量馬達(dá)的風(fēng)力機(jī)變槳距控制技術(shù),通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)接入到恒壓網(wǎng)絡(luò)中變量馬達(dá)的排量來(lái)控制變槳轉(zhuǎn)矩和方向,,并適應(yīng)變槳載荷的變化,。在此基礎(chǔ)上,,構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型,,分析了其雙閉環(huán)的槳距角位置控制特性和參考槳距角的模糊給定策略,并進(jìn)行了仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),。結(jié)果表明,,變量馬達(dá)變槳距的響應(yīng)速度較快,可將傳動(dòng)鏈轉(zhuǎn)矩穩(wěn)定于額定值的5%以內(nèi),,將功率穩(wěn)定于額定值的6%以內(nèi),。相比于常規(guī)變槳距方式,該方式變槳效率較高,,功率和轉(zhuǎn)矩控制的準(zhǔn)確性較好,。

    Abstract:

    A novel pitch control system is proposed for wind turbine to stabilize the drive-train power and torque fluctuations. This system is based on a constant pressure network and a hydraulic motor with variable displacement. The desired pitch control motions and directions can be achieved by regulating the displacement of the hydraulic motor to adapt to the varying loads acting on the blade. Mathematical model and a detailed analysis for the control characteristics of the system are provided. Further, a double control loop for position feedback is proposed to accurately track the desired pitch angle which is obtained based on fuzzy reasoning. Experimental results have demonstrated that this system can effectively control the power and driver torque, and consequently maintain the output power and torque on the rated values. In addition, this novel system has the advantages of high power versus volume, energy-saving and is particularly suitable for large scaled individual pitch controlled wind turbine.
