    摘要:

    設(shè)計了一種基于PLC的開溝器力學(xué)性能測試裝置,。該測試裝置主要由開溝深度控制機(jī)構(gòu)、六分力測試裝置,、液壓系統(tǒng)和PLC控制系統(tǒng)4部分組成,,通過閉環(huán)控制實時調(diào)節(jié)開溝深度,,提高了開溝深度穩(wěn)定性;對六分力測試裝置進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定,,結(jié)果表明,,牽引阻力測量精度和最大相對誤差為1.49%FS、3.7%,,土壤垂直反力為2.1%FS,、5.1%,側(cè)向力為0.98%FS,、1.9%,。測試精度滿足要求,且該裝置能夠完成不同類型開溝器的受力及開溝深度的測試,。

    Abstract:

    A mechanical performance testing device for planter openers based on PLC was designed. The testing device mainly included control mechanism of working depth, six component testing device, hydraulic system and PLC control system. In order to improve the stability of working depth, closed loop feedback was adopted for real time control. Six component method was used to measuring mechanical performance of opener. The results showed that the measurement precision and the maximum relative error about the traction resistance was 1.49% FS and 3.7%, the vertical counterforce was 2.1% FS and 5.1%, and the lateral force of modified was 0.98% FS and 1.9% with the calibration. The precision of testing device can meet requirements, and the performance testing device can test the force and working depth of different types of openers in high accuracy.
