    摘要:

    為滿足精密播種機(jī)的作業(yè)要求,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種大豆排種器,,通過(guò)雙凹曲面取種塊與傾斜式清種環(huán)完成種子的充種,、清種,、排種等作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié),實(shí)現(xiàn)高效率,、高精度,、低破損的作業(yè)目標(biāo)。通過(guò)對(duì)其作業(yè)原理的分析,,對(duì)作業(yè)關(guān)鍵部件雙凹曲面取種塊的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)速來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)排種器變量排種的要求,,并為設(shè)計(jì)高速,、高性能播種機(jī)提供理論依據(jù),以排種器轉(zhuǎn)速,、清種環(huán)傾斜角為試驗(yàn)因素,,單粒率為試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行二次旋轉(zhuǎn)組合試驗(yàn),。通過(guò)單因素和雙因素試驗(yàn)得到充足的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),并運(yùn)用Design-Expert軟件對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,,建立試驗(yàn)因素與試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)之間的數(shù)學(xué)模型,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:清種環(huán)最佳傾斜角為65°,在此前提下排種器轉(zhuǎn)速小于110r/min時(shí),,可保證單粒率在95%以上,。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the requirements of precision planting, a soybean seedmeter was designed,which can perform operations of seed filling, seed cleaning and seed metering, achieving high efficiency, high precision and low seed damage. The optimal design of structural parameters of the seed-taking block, the key part of the seedmeter, was conducted based on the analysis of the working principle of the double-concave seedmeter, which provided a theoretical basis for the design of high-speed and high-performance planters and variable adjustment of seeding rates by adjusting the rotational speed of the seedmeter. The quadratic general rotary unitized design was carried out with the rotational speed of the seedmeter and tilting angle of the seed-cleaning ring as the experimental factors and the single seed rate as the experimental index. Based on experimental data, a mathematical model was built by using the Design-Expert software. Test results showed that the optimal tilting angle of the cleaning ring was 65°, at which the single seed rate of over 95% can be ensured when the rotational speeds were less than 110r/min.
