    摘要:

    車輛行星齒輪變速器一般采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法得到齒輪參數(shù),,使用中部分齒輪會(huì)因強(qiáng)度低而導(dǎo)致早期損壞,,部分齒輪強(qiáng)度過高而使變速器結(jié)構(gòu)體積增大,。由此,提出一種優(yōu)化方法,,以變速器各行星排齒輪強(qiáng)度均等和體積最小為綜合優(yōu)化目標(biāo),,利用行星齒輪裝配條件為約束,求解后得到變速器的齒輪參數(shù),,利用ROMAX軟件對(duì)優(yōu)化后的齒輪進(jìn)行仿真分析,,得到變速器各行星排最大疲勞應(yīng)力及疲勞壽命。仿真和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:與經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)方法相比,,強(qiáng)化了薄弱齒輪的強(qiáng)度,,齒輪接觸應(yīng)力由1118MPa降至932MPa;齒輪的強(qiáng)度更加均衡,,齒輪接觸應(yīng)力差值由368MPa降至193MPa,;齒輪疲勞壽命差距縮小,,由157702h降至91588h;同時(shí)變速箱體積減小8.38%,,分析結(jié)果與優(yōu)化目標(biāo)相符,。

    Abstract:

    Generally, the gear parameters of planetary vehicle transmission are got by the empirical design method. Some gears are damaged early because of low strength, as well as big structure size because of high strength in use. In this paper, the equal strength and minimum volume of the gear box planetary gears were regarded as optimization objective, and the assemble conditions were thought of optimization constraint. The gear parameters were obtained after calculation. Then planetary gears were analyzed by using ROMAX and the maximum of fatigue stress and fatigue life was obtained. The simulation and experiment result shows that some weak strength gears are enhanced and the whole strength is increased. The maximum gear contact stress is reduced from 1118MPa to 932MPa. The stress of all gears is more balanced and the difference of contact stress is decreased from 368MPa to 193MPa.The difference of gears figure life is shrunk from 157702h to 91588h compared to the conventional design gear life. The overall volume is reduced by 8.38%. The result is consistent with the optimization target.
