    哺乳期母豬姿態(tài)是其哺乳意愿的外在表現(xiàn),,母豬哺乳時身體側(cè)臥,,拒絕哺乳時身體立臥或傾臥,哺乳期母豬側(cè)臥時間可作為母性行為評價的重要指標(biāo),。選用集MPU6050和藍(lán)牙傳輸模塊為一體的行為數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊,,采集母豬哺乳期內(nèi)(28d)的行為數(shù)據(jù),,統(tǒng)計母豬采食時間段的姿態(tài)角,計算節(jié)點偏轉(zhuǎn)角度,,實現(xiàn)偏轉(zhuǎn)行為數(shù)據(jù)校正,;利用Haar小波提取特征系數(shù)重構(gòu)加速度曲線的基本輪廓,結(jié)合各姿態(tài)的數(shù)值特征,,利用支持向量機(jī)實現(xiàn)母豬立,、側(cè)、傾姿態(tài)分類,,及其側(cè),、傾姿左右方向的識別。以江蘇省地方豬小梅山母豬為試驗對象,,分析母豬的哺乳姿態(tài),,試驗結(jié)果表明:行為數(shù)據(jù)校正算法可降低節(jié)點偏轉(zhuǎn)的影響,小波變換實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)歸一化,,去除了高能運動干擾,,姿態(tài)分類器識別左、右側(cè)姿的正確率分別為65.8%,、90.1%,,立姿的正確識別率為75.4%,側(cè)姿總體正確識別率達(dá)到83.3%,,姿態(tài)識別可以有效反映母豬的哺乳意愿,。

    Abstract:

    Sows are lateral lying when they are willing to lactate, while they will turn into sternal lying or tilt lying as refusing to lactate. So the lateral lying time can be used as an important parameter to evaluate the maternal behavior of sows. Firstly, a set of monitoring nodes with sensor MPU6050 and bluetooth module was designed to monitor the behavior data at their lactation periods (28d). Then, the attitude angle in feeding time was counted, and the deflection angles of nodes were computed to achieve collision correction. Thirdly, combined with numerical features of each posture, the baseline of acceleration curve was extracted by using Haar wavelet method. Finally, the postures were divided into stand, side and tilt with the algorithm of SVM, and 10 ‘Xiaomeishan’ sows were chosen. The results showed that the deflection was reduced by the correction algorithm of node, meanwhile, the data sets were normalized and the interference of energy movement was removed by wavelet transform algorithm. The test results of 392 samples indicated that the recognition rates of lateral lying on the left and on the right were 65.8% and 90.1%, respectively, while the accuracy of lateral posture and sternal lying were 75.4% and 83.3%, respectively. Above all, the analysis of posture can effectively reflect the lactating willing of sows.
