    以西葫蘆為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象,,采用非接觸式激光掃描獲取植物葉片3-D形態(tài)信息,,運(yùn)用微分幾何算法,、二維傅里葉譜分析法,、垂直投影葉面積法以及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差法定義了4種植物萎蔫指數(shù)(TB_3D,、RLWI-2DFT,、RTPLA和RSD)用來(lái)定量刻畫(huà)植物萎蔫狀態(tài),。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明萎蔫指數(shù)能夠很好地定量刻畫(huà)植物萎蔫形態(tài),。其中TB_3D與太陽(yáng)全輻射量、大氣溫度線(xiàn)性相關(guān),,決定系數(shù)取值范圍分別為[0.710, 0.721]和[0.513, 0.589],。TB_3D與莖稈直徑線(xiàn)性相關(guān),決定系數(shù)為0.845。最后通過(guò)比較4種萎蔫指數(shù)刻畫(huà)萎蔫狀態(tài)的相關(guān)性,,兩兩間決定系數(shù)大于0.736,,結(jié)果表明4種指數(shù)的萎蔫表征效果基本一致。

    Abstract:

    To characterize plant wilting status, a laser scanner based on triangulation principle was used to obtain 3-D images of zucchini. Four wilting indices (TB_3D, RLWI-2DFT, RTPLA, RS) were developed by using different mathematic methods (differential geometry, 2D Fourier transform, top projected area, standard deviation) to identify the plant wilting. It was observed that the indices were capable of sensing the stress response of zucchini from slight wilting to severe stress levels. Regression results showed that TB_3D had a linear relationship with ambient temperature and global radiation, the decision coefficient were [0.710, 0.721] and [0.513, 0.589], respectively. Besides, TB_3D was also found to be linearly correlated with stem diameter, and R2 was 0.845. Additionally, the correlations of wilting series characterizing by these four wilting indices were analyzed respectively. The R2 of each two indices was larger than 0.736. The results showed that the four wilting indices had the similar effects.
