    在中溫條件(37±1)℃下采用連續(xù)攪拌反應(yīng)器(CSTR)研究了沼液長期回流對牛糞厭氧發(fā)酵過程中產(chǎn)氣特性及其微生物動力學(xué)的影響,,對不同有機(jī)負(fù)荷下發(fā)酵罐運(yùn)行參數(shù)的動態(tài)變化進(jìn)行了持續(xù)監(jiān)測,,并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的動力學(xué)分析,。結(jié)果表明:在水力停留時間為40 d,,有機(jī)負(fù)荷為3.0 g/(L?d)的條件下,將50%的沼液進(jìn)行回流時,能夠提高基質(zhì)產(chǎn)甲烷率,,促進(jìn)厭氧發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)中微生物的合成代謝,但由于難降解物質(zhì)累積,,傳質(zhì)效果降低仍使得回流組日產(chǎn)氣量及甲烷產(chǎn)量呈下降趨勢,,處理組的沼氣容積日產(chǎn)氣量從1.07 L/L逐漸降至0.83 L/L,降低了22.4%,。沼液回流引起了pH值,、NH+4-N、溶解性化學(xué)需氧量(SCOD)等指標(biāo)的升高,,但未達(dá)到抑制水平,。回流導(dǎo)致牛糞厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氣量下降的最主要因素可能是由于粘度從50 mPa?s迅速升高至116 mPa?s而引起的傳熱傳質(zhì)阻力變大,。在以牛糞為原料的沼氣工程應(yīng)用沼液回流工藝時需要合理選擇回流比例或在回流前對沼液進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)奶幚韥肀WC工程的長期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。

    Abstract:

    The effect of recirculating the liquid fraction of digestate on the mesophilic anaerobic digestion of cattle manure was investigated using laboratory-scale continuous stirred tank reactors. The hydraulic retention time (HRT) of 40 d was employed. Recirculation was implemented after the anaerobic digestion process was stable at the organic loading rate of 3.0 g/(L?d). However, the recirculation eventually caused the accumulation of organic and inorganic substances, which led to the inhibition of hydrolysis and methanogenesis. The daily biogas yield was decreased by 22.4% when the liquid fraction of digestate was recirculated to substitute 50% of the tap water used for feedstock dilution. The concentrations of ammonia and volatile fatty acids did not reach the inhibitory levels. However, the accumulation of refractory organics, which were more pronounced in the recycling reactors, led to the decrease of methane production. According to the results of kinetic analysis, the microbial anabolism was promoted by the recirculation. The results indicate that choosing a proper recirculation rate and adopting reasonable pretreatment measures are indispensable to avoid the negative influence caused by the accumulation of potentially harmful substances. The proposed approach will lower the amount of generated effluents, and the product of anaerobic digestion with this method will contain high solid content, which will decrease the transportation costs and the storage capacity requirements.
