    摘要:

    提出電動汽車再生摩擦集成制動系統(tǒng),建立了集成制動系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型和仿真系統(tǒng),;針對小型電動乘用車,,分別在高附著路面直行、低附著路面直行,、高附著彎道行駛3種典型工況下,,對集成制動系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行ABS性能仿真試驗研究。研究中,,以各輪制動轉(zhuǎn)矩,、滑移率和質(zhì)心縱向加速度表征ABS控制性能參數(shù),以縱向位移和質(zhì)心側(cè)偏角表征車輛行駛穩(wěn)定性參數(shù),,以制動能回收率表征車輛能量回饋性能參數(shù),。研究結(jié)果表明,,電動汽車再生摩擦集成制動系統(tǒng)具有較高制動性能、良好的ABS控制性能及較好的前后輪制動力分配性能,,同時顯著提高了制動能回收率,。

    Abstract:

    An integrated brake system was put forward, and the dynamic model of the integrated brake system was found to set up its simulation model in computer. Based on the simulation model of the integrated brake system, simulation tests were made under three conditions of high and low adhesions with straight movement and curve movement for the ABS control performances of the integrated brake system in the small electric passenger car. The ABS control performance was described by longitudinal slip of each wheel, the brake torque of each wheel and the longitudinal acceleration of mass center. The driving stability of vehicle was described by longitudinal displacement and slip angle of mass center. The brake energy recovery performance was described by electric power consumption per kilometer. By analyzing the variables characterizing the performances of ABS control, driving stability and brake energy recovery, the research results showed that the integrated brake system with regenerative friction brake in electric vehicle was provided with good braking efficiency, favorable ABS control performance and preferable braking force distribution from front to rear wheels, as well as remarkably improved brake energy recovery rate. Depending on the above results, the suitable advices will be put forward and adopted, which would be helpful for the rapid development of the electric vehicle technology.
