    摘要:

    為了提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)化數(shù)控系統(tǒng)協(xié)同運動的同步控制性能,提出了一種將點對點通信模式和集總幀通信模式結(jié)合應(yīng)用在環(huán)形網(wǎng)絡(luò)的周期通信規(guī)劃,,以使主節(jié)點能及時獲取所有軸的反饋信息,。提出了相應(yīng)的位置同步算法和運動消息預(yù)估算法,,并對根據(jù)算法設(shè)計的位置同步控制器進行了穩(wěn)定性證明,。實驗表明,該通信規(guī)劃相應(yīng)的位置同步控制器具有良好的同步性能,。

    Abstract:

    To improve the performance of synchronization control of coordinated motion in the networked computer numerical control (CNC) system, a periodic communication plan which combined the point-to-point communication with the lumped-frame communication in the ring network was proposed to make the master to access the feedback messages of all axes timely. The corresponding position synchronization algorithm and motion message estimating algorithm were proposed. Meanwhile, the stability proof of the position synchronization controller designed according to the algorithms was conducted. Finally, experiment results showed that the root mean square errors (RMSE) of the position synchronization controller corresponding to the communication plan were reduced by 49.270% than those of the standard proportional-derivative (PD) controller. The results indicate that the position synchronization controller corresponding to the communication plan has good synchronization performance, which has positive meaning to further improve the performance of synchronization control in networked CNC system.
