    摘要:

    西瓜的內(nèi)部品質(zhì)與其振動(dòng)特性緊密相關(guān),。激光多普勒測(cè)振(LDV)技術(shù)可以準(zhǔn)確,、非接觸地測(cè)量農(nóng)產(chǎn)品組織的真實(shí)振動(dòng),從而獲取農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的內(nèi)部品質(zhì)信息,?;诩す舛嗥绽諟y(cè)振系統(tǒng)開(kāi)展了單因素試驗(yàn),研究了加速度振幅,、掃頻速率,、檢測(cè)點(diǎn)位置3個(gè)因素對(duì)西瓜振動(dòng)頻譜響應(yīng)特性的影響。然后,,針對(duì)以上因素進(jìn)行了3因素3水平的有交互作用的正交試驗(yàn),,共27個(gè)參數(shù)組合,每個(gè)組合重復(fù)3次,。單因素試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,加速度振幅和掃頻速率對(duì)西瓜振動(dòng)頻譜影響顯著,但檢測(cè)點(diǎn)位置影響不顯著,。有交互作用的正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,在各參數(shù)組合中加速度振幅 2.5 g 、 掃頻速率1 000 Hz/min,、陽(yáng)面赤道檢測(cè)點(diǎn)為較優(yōu)的振動(dòng)參數(shù)組合,。本研究的結(jié)果為準(zhǔn)確無(wú)損檢測(cè)西瓜內(nèi)部品質(zhì)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

    Abstract:

    The internal quality of watermelon is closely related to its vibration characteristics. As a representative of the non-contact vibration method, laser Doppler vibrometry technology can accurately measure the real vibration of agricultural tissue, so as to obtain the information of internal quality of the agricultural products. In this paper, the influence of vibration parameters on the watermelon vibration frequency response characteristics was firstly studied based on single factor experiments with the amplitude of acceleration, the frequency sweep rate and testing point of watermelon. Then, a interaction of multi-factor orthogonal experiment was conducted, which was performed by the laser Doppler vibrometry system based on the above factors and repeated three times at each parameter combination. The results of the single factor experiment indicated that the amplitude of acceleration and frequency sweep rate had significant effects on frequency spectrums, but the effect of testing point was not significant. The results of interaction of multi-factor orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal combination of the amplitude of acceleration, the frequency sweep rate and testing point for watermelon vibration measurement was 2.5 g , 1 000 Hz/min and the sunny side of the equator. The results laid a foundation for accurate nondestructive detection of internal quality for watermelon.
