    摘要:

    為滿足秸稈機械化還田作業(yè)精準(zhǔn)化管理的需要,,解決還田工作中作業(yè)面積統(tǒng)計困難、現(xiàn)場核查工作量大,、全局管理難以實現(xiàn)等若干現(xiàn)實問題,,設(shè)計了基于北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航的秸稈機械化還田作業(yè)精準(zhǔn)管理系統(tǒng),。系統(tǒng)集成北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航定位、物聯(lián)網(wǎng),、地理信息系統(tǒng)等信息技術(shù),,通過北斗衛(wèi)星導(dǎo)航農(nóng)業(yè)機械車載信息終端,實時采集,、處理秸稈還田作業(yè)中的定位和狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),,獲取還田現(xiàn)場的高清影像。通過建立作業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng),,實現(xiàn)作業(yè)監(jiān)控,、地塊識別、面積量測,、質(zhì)量評估,、指標(biāo)統(tǒng)計和指揮調(diào)度等功能。試驗結(jié)果表明,,系統(tǒng)可以有效實現(xiàn)軌跡監(jiān)控,、靈活調(diào)度、分類統(tǒng)計分析,,提高了秸稈還田機械化作業(yè)效率,。同時,地塊識別率和地塊面積統(tǒng)計達到了作業(yè)精度要求,,可以滿足秸稈機械化還田作業(yè)的需要,。

    Abstract:

    In order to meet the demand of precise management on mechanization of straw returning to field operations, the difficulties were solved as follows: firstly, the area statistics of each landblock is hard. Secondly, the onsite verification needs a lot of people as well as lots of time. Finally, the manage department can not get the present situation on time. Therefore, it is in great demand to establish the precision management system for mechanized straw returning. The system integrated the Beidou satellite navigation and positioning system(BDS), the internet of things, geographic information systems and other new generation information technologies. The work carried out two parts. One part, the vehicle positioning terminal based on Beidou was established for agricultural machinery, which can realtime acquisite, and process the location and status data of agricultural machinery. The other part, the precision management system for mechanized straw returning was developed and implemented by using several functions including operation monitoring, landblock identification, area measurement, quality evaluation, index statistics and dispatching function, etc. The test results show that it can effectively control agricultural machinery operation trajectory, flexible scheduling, real time implementation of classified statistics and analysis, improve the efficiency of management of the returning operation. At the same time, the results reached the working precision in landblock identification and landblock area statistic, which can satisfy the demand of mechanization from straw to field operations.
