    摘要:

    SCR后處理技術(shù)是目前降低柴油機(jī)NO x 排放量的主流技術(shù),首先基于自主開發(fā)的SCR控制系統(tǒng),闡述了系統(tǒng)的組成、工作及反應(yīng)原理,。其次通過協(xié)調(diào)控制策略以確保系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各模塊運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常,通過原機(jī)排放模型和化學(xué)反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型作為前饋控制得到尿素基本供給量,,通過排溫修正模型進(jìn)行瞬態(tài)排溫修正,,利用發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排溫和儲(chǔ)氨量的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系對(duì)氨泄漏進(jìn)行有效控制,,根據(jù)OBD法規(guī)要求當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)NO x 排放量超標(biāo)時(shí)進(jìn)行報(bào)錯(cuò),。最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)中的各類傳感器,、執(zhí)行器特性及原機(jī)排放MAP、目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)化效率MAP進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定,。系統(tǒng)與某型號(hào)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)匹配良好,,經(jīng)ESC循環(huán)測(cè)試NO x 比排放量為1.52 g/(kW ·h),ETC循環(huán)測(cè)試NO x 比排放量為2.09 g/(kW ·h),,控制系統(tǒng)能夠有效地降低NO x 排放量,,滿足國Ⅳ排放法規(guī)。

    Abstract:

    SCR after-treatment is the mainstream technology to reduce the NO x emission amount. The self-developed SCR system’s composition, operating and reactor mechanism were presented, and the coordinate control strategy was used to assure that the system’s inner module was operated regularly, the original emission model and chemical reaction kinetics model were adopted to obtain the raw value of urea supply amount, the exhaust temperature correction model was introduced to fix the instantaneous emission temperature, the relation between exhaust temperature and amount of NH 3 storage was used to effectively control the NH 3 leak amount, and failure warning was made according to the OBD regulation when NO x emission exceeded the standard. Each operation point had a NH 3 coverage ratio threshold which can ensure NH 3 leakage volume ratio was less than 1.0×10 -5 during the rapid heating process and try to improve the NO x conversion efficiency. According to the research results of the NH 3 coverage ratio and storage, the estimation model was established, and the leakage control strategy was put forward. The sensors and actuators of the system, original machine emission MAP and target conversion rate MAP were calibrated. The dosing control unit using above control strategy was adopted in the target engine. Test results showed that the brake specific emissions of NO x in ESC and ETC were 1.52 g/(kW ·h) and 2.09 g/(kW ·h), respectively, which indicated that the self-developed SCR control system can effectively reduce the NO x emission amount and reach the national Ⅳ emission regulation.
