    摘要:

    通過(guò)對(duì)D型打結(jié)器空間傳動(dòng)方案改進(jìn)提出了雙齒盤驅(qū)動(dòng)打結(jié)器,,將驅(qū)動(dòng)夾繩器的空間傳動(dòng)布置在打結(jié)器支架的另一側(cè),,將進(jìn)口打結(jié)器支架一組空間交錯(cuò)軸角度關(guān)系簡(jiǎn)化為平面相交軸角度關(guān)系,,降低了打結(jié)器支架的加工難度,,克服了進(jìn)口打結(jié)器空間交錯(cuò)軸錐齒輪齒廓設(shè)計(jì)與制造難的問(wèn)題,,便于批量化生產(chǎn),。通過(guò)將蝸桿與斜齒輪的傳動(dòng)比調(diào)整為1∶3使原四槽口夾繩盤改進(jìn)為三槽口夾繩盤,,并匹配設(shè)計(jì)了夾繩盤,、打結(jié)嘴和刀臂的運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)序,,建立了雙齒盤驅(qū)動(dòng)打結(jié)器的結(jié)構(gòu)模型。與進(jìn)口打結(jié)器的成結(jié)動(dòng)作對(duì)比試驗(yàn)表明雙齒盤驅(qū)動(dòng)打結(jié)器的空間傳動(dòng)方案改進(jìn)合理,,驅(qū)動(dòng)夾繩器,、打結(jié)嘴和刀臂的運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)序匹配設(shè)計(jì)正確,夾繩和割繩動(dòng)作比進(jìn)口打結(jié)器更優(yōu),,夾繩時(shí)捆繩直接入夾繩盤槽口,,割繩時(shí)捆繩靠近刀片中間位置。室內(nèi)臺(tái)架的打結(jié)試驗(yàn)表明雙齒盤驅(qū)動(dòng)打結(jié)器的成結(jié)率為100%,。

    Abstract:

    By improving spatial transmission project of Dknotter, a type of knotter driven by double gear-discs was presented. Spatial transmission of driving ropeholder was arranged on another side of knotter stand. It simplifies a set of angle relation of spatial crossed axle on the imported knotter stand as angle relation of plane intersecting axle, reduces processing difficulty of the knotter stand, overcomes the difficult design and manufacture problem of spatial crossed bevel gear profile on the imported knotter, and is easy to be manufactured in large quantities. By adjusting the transmission ratio between worm and helical gear to 1∶3, original ropeholding plate with four notches was changed into ropeholding plate with three notches. The structure model of the knotter driven by double geardiscs was built up after the motion sequences of driving ropeholder, knotter jaw and knife arm were matched. The contrast test of knotting motion with the imported knotter shown that the improvement of spatial transmission project of the knotter driven by double geardiscs is reasonable, moreover, the motion sequence matches design of ropeholder, and knotter jaw and knife arm are right. The ropeholding and ropecutting motions are even better than those of the imported knotter, and the rope is directly got into the notch of ropeholding plate and cut off in the middle of the knife. The knotting tests operated on indoor bench showed that the knotting rate of the knotter driven by double geardiscs may reach 100%. Further field tests of bundling straw will be executed to investigate the knotting rate and the reliability of knotter driven by double geardiscs.
