    摘要:

    為了探究城市發(fā)展過程中土地利用變化規(guī)律及各類驅(qū)動力的影響,以北京市順義區(qū)為例,,基于2000,、2005、2010年3期遙感影像解譯數(shù)據(jù),,分析研究區(qū)域的土地利用類型的動態(tài)變化程度,,并基于Markov模型定量分析了土地利用的轉(zhuǎn)移方向及轉(zhuǎn)化程度。結(jié)合GIS分析功能,,探討多種土地利用驅(qū)動力對于土地利用類型轉(zhuǎn)移的影響,,并采用模糊計算的方法,,將各類影像土地利用轉(zhuǎn)移的因子標準化,并利用GIS中加權(quán)線性方法將其整合,,結(jié)合元胞自動機馬爾可夫模型,,模擬出2010年的土地利用分布,經(jīng)驗證模擬的精度高達81.41%,,Kappa指數(shù)為0.7769,,得到了較為理想的結(jié)果,證明了方法的可行性及精度的可靠性,。并以2010年的土地利用格局為基礎(chǔ),,預(yù)測2020年的土地利用狀況并分析2010—2020年10a間的土地利用變化。分析結(jié)果表明,,除草地,、林地變化不明顯,耕地,、水域面積繼續(xù)保持減少的趨勢,,但減小的趨勢漸緩,建設(shè)用地仍在不斷增加,,但也逐漸趨于飽和的增長趨勢,。此研究可為當前及未來的土地利用規(guī)劃、管理和生態(tài)恢復(fù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù),。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the influence of land use change and driving forces in the process of urban development, this paper took Shunyi District, Beijing as an example and analyzed the dynamic changes of land use types in the study area. Meanwhile,the direction and degree of the transformation of land use based on Markov model with three remote sensing images in 2000, 2005 and 2010 were analyzed. Combined with GIS analysis function, the influence of various land use driving forces on land use types was discussed, and the factors of land use transformation were standardized by using fuzzy calculation and intergrated by using weighted linear combination method. CA-Markov model was used to simulate the distribution of land use in 2010. The accuracy of the proposed simulation results obtained was as high as 81.41%, the Kappa index was 0.7769. The feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method were proved. Based on the patterns of land use in 2010, the land use status of the land in 2020 was predicted and land use changes from 2010 to 2020 were analyzed. In addition to grassland and forest, the area of cultivated land and water continues maintaining the trend of reducing, but the trend is slowing down. And construction land is still increasing. This study provides scientific support for the planning and decision making of land use in the present and future.
