    摘要:

    考慮到各參數(shù)敏感因子差異大,為了更加客觀地分析多溫冷藏車(chē)降溫過(guò)程影響參數(shù)的影響程度,,采用敏感權(quán)重分析方法,,對(duì)多溫冷藏車(chē)?yán)鋬雠c冷藏車(chē)廂降溫影響參數(shù)進(jìn)行了敏感度分析。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)于冷藏車(chē)廂,,當(dāng)取δi為100mm,,λi為0.0338~0.0438W/(m·K)時(shí),權(quán)重對(duì)應(yīng)呈反比關(guān)系,,由0.564降至0.477,;當(dāng)δi取20~200mm時(shí),,權(quán)重對(duì)應(yīng)為0.448~0.126;當(dāng)Ff取0.01~0.02m2時(shí),,對(duì)應(yīng)權(quán)重為0.28~0.113,,其它參數(shù)的權(quán)重小到可以忽略;當(dāng)δg,、vw,、Q0、vf,、Ff,、λi、δi,、β1,、H值增加30%時(shí),對(duì)應(yīng)的權(quán)重變化率分別為-32%,、-36%,、-30%、-37%,、-34%,、-17%、-30%,、1%,、05%,反之,,減小30%時(shí)的權(quán)重變化率分別為90%,、58%、42%,、78%,、56%、17%,、44%,、-1%、0.5%,。冷凍與冷藏車(chē)廂的權(quán)重變化規(guī)律幾乎相同,,當(dāng)vw、Q0,、vf,、Ff、δg,、λi,、δi,、β2增加30%時(shí),除β2權(quán)重變化率逐漸向正方向增大外,,各敏感因子的權(quán)重變化率變化幅度都逐漸向負(fù)方向增大,,對(duì)應(yīng)的權(quán)重變化率分別為-23%、-39%,、-35%,、-29%、-46%,、-19%,、-20%、-5%,;減小30%時(shí),,除β2權(quán)重變化率逐漸向負(fù)方向增大外,各敏感因子的權(quán)重變化率都向正方向逐漸增大,,vw,、Q0、vf,、Ff,、δg、λi,、δi,、β2的權(quán)重變化率分別為104%、50%,、66%,、54%、138%,、20%,、25%、5%,。

    Abstract:

    Considering the sensitive factor of each parameter differences, in order to analyze the effect of influence parameters of multitemperature refrigerator truck on the cooling process, sensitivity analysis method was used to analyze the cooling influence parameters sensitivity of freezing and refrigerated zone for multitemperature refrigerated trucks. The result shows that: for refrigerated zone, when δi is 100mm, λi is 0.0338W/(m·K) to 0.0438W/(m·K), the weights shows an inverse trend which decreases from 0.564 to 0.477; when δi is 20~200mm, the corresponding weight is 0.448~0.126; when Ff is 0.01~0.02m2, the corresponding weights is 0.28~0.113, the heavy weights of other parameters are negligibly small; when δg,vw, Q0, vf,Ff,λi, δi, β1 and H increased by 30%, the corresponding changing rates of weight are -32%,-36%,-30%,-37%,-34%,-17%,-30%,1% and 0.5% respectively. Whereas, when δg, vw, Q0 , vf, Ff, λi, δi, β1 and H decreased by 30%, the corresponding weight changing rates are 90%, 58%, 42%, 78%, 56%, 17%, 44%, -1% and 0.5% respectively. The weight changing rates of the freezing and refrigerated zone are almost the same. When vw, Q0, vf, Ff, δg, λi, δi and β2 increased by 30%, the corresponding weight change rates of all the sensitive factors gradually increases in the negative direction except β2, which increases in the positive direction, the corresponding weight changing rates are -23%,-39%,-35%,-29%,-46%,-19%,-20%,-5%. When vw, Q0, vf, Ff,δg, λi, δi and β2 decreased by 30%, the corresponding weight change rates of all the sensitive factors gradually increases in the positive direction except β2, which increases in the negative direction, the corresponding weight changing rates are 104%, 50%, 66%, 54%, 138%, 20%, 25%, 5%, respectively.
