    摘要:

    針對實驗室厭氧發(fā)酵試驗周期長、產(chǎn)氣速率低,、人工測量產(chǎn)氣量勞動強度大的問題,,根據(jù)排水法原理,,設(shè)計了基于LabVIEW軟件平臺的微量產(chǎn)氣在線監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),,實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)標定,、測量液體自動添加和補充,、產(chǎn)氣量實時測量,、累積產(chǎn)氣曲線實時顯示和監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)自動存儲等功能,。厭氧發(fā)酵試驗測試結(jié)果表明:在線監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)與人工測量數(shù)據(jù)對比,,相對誤差平均值為-2.30%,相對誤差最大值為-3.03%,該系統(tǒng)具有良好的準確度和穩(wěn)定性,,可滿足實驗室厭氧發(fā)酵試驗微量產(chǎn)氣實時監(jiān)測的需求,。

    Abstract:

    Biogas yield represents a key parameter for evaluating the stability of fermentation process. In laboratory scale anaerobic fermentation experiments, the gas flow rate is generally low and the experimental period lasts long. In order to solve the problems of labor intensity and low efficiency caused by manual measurement, a system for online gas metering for low gas flow rate with high resolution and friendly interface was developed following the principle of liquid displacement. The system was designed based on the LabVIEW software. Various functions were achieved, including automatic calibration, automatic refilling the displaced liquid to compensate the loss from evaporation, real-time pressure and temperature compensation for volume, generating, displaying, storing accumulated gas production curve and data in real-time, etc. Finally, fermentation experiment was conducted to validate the system’s performance. Test results showed an average relative error of -2.30% and a maximum relative error of -3.03% compared with manual measurement, which indicated a high measurement accuracy of the system. Moreover, the results were stable even in the continuous long run for 80h, indicating a good performance at operational stability. In conclusion, the system can satisfy the need of real-time gas metering for laboratory scale anaerobic digesters, and it had great practical value.
