    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了一種溫室二氧化碳(CO2)濃度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn),、CO2濃度調(diào)控節(jié)點(diǎn),、無(wú)線(xiàn)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)和上位機(jī)軟件平臺(tái)構(gòu)成。采用紅外CO2測(cè)量模塊S300作為傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)的核心模塊對(duì)溫室CO2濃度進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量,,并將采集到的CO2濃度,、溫濕度,、光照等環(huán)境信息通過(guò)無(wú)線(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸至上位機(jī)軟件平臺(tái),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)溫室環(huán)境的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控,。上位機(jī)軟件平臺(tái)對(duì)采集到的環(huán)境參數(shù)進(jìn)行處理,、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)同步,并通過(guò)模糊PID算法對(duì)溫室內(nèi)CO2濃度進(jìn)行智能調(diào)節(jié),。在通信過(guò)程中,,傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)實(shí)時(shí)采集接收信號(hào)強(qiáng)度(RSSI),在保證數(shù)據(jù)傳輸質(zhì)量的同時(shí)有效調(diào)整無(wú)線(xiàn)發(fā)射功率以延長(zhǎng)節(jié)點(diǎn)壽命,。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下配備了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)濃度的CO2氣體樣品對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)性能進(jìn)行了標(biāo)定和表征,,結(jié)果顯示,該傳感器對(duì)CO2體積分?jǐn)?shù)的檢測(cè)下限小于5×10-5,;對(duì)體積分?jǐn)?shù)為3×10-4和6.5×10-4的CO2氣體樣品分別進(jìn)行了10h的長(zhǎng)期測(cè)量,,相對(duì)波動(dòng)小于2.6%。將該監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)在吉林省長(zhǎng)春市雙陽(yáng)區(qū)奢嶺鎮(zhèn)國(guó)信采摘園進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)控試驗(yàn),,試驗(yàn)溫室面積為640m2,,設(shè)定溫室中CO2的目標(biāo)體積分?jǐn)?shù)為8×10-4,經(jīng)調(diào)控后溫室中CO2體積分?jǐn)?shù)的波動(dòng)范圍約為(8±0.42)×10-4,。該CO2監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)具有小型化,、高性?xún)r(jià)比、高測(cè)量精度等優(yōu)勢(shì),,實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息的智能化管理與遠(yuǎn)程同步,以及溫室內(nèi)CO2濃度的智能調(diào)控,。

    Abstract:

    A CO2 concentration monitoring system targeting greenhouse application was designed, which included sensor nodes, CO2 concentration regulation node, wireless communication and PC terminals. A remote real-time CO2 concentration measurement was realized by using an infrared CO2 model S300 as the core model in sensor node. Environmental information derived by sensor nodes was transmitted to the PC software panel based on LabVIEW through wireless sensor networks. Received signal strength indication (RSSI) was sampled in transmission to ensure link quality and extend the service lives of sensor nodes by reasonably adjusting the transmission power. The designed and fabricated sensor node was calibrated and characterized by the standard CO2 samples distributed under laboratory conditions. The experiment results indicated that the limitation of detection of the selected sensor was lower than 5×10-5. The fluctuations for the long-term stability measurements on a 3×10-4 CO2 sample and a 6.5×10-4 CO2 sample were less than 2.6%. This designed monitoring system was deployed in the Guoxin picking garden in the town of Sheling, Shuangyang District, Changchun City, Jilin Province, and the field experiment was carried out in a solar greenhouse whose area was 640m2. The desired CO2 concentration in greenhouse was set to 8×10-4, the fluctuation range under controlled CO2 concentration was nearly (8±0.42)×10-4.The designed sensor node had advantages, including miniaturization, cost-effective and high precision, which realized intelligent management, remote synchronization of greenhouse factors and smart regulation of CO2 concentration in greenhouse.
