    摘要:

    為提高電驅(qū)式玉米膜上直插穴播機(jī)膜孔合格率和播種深度合格率,,對(duì)前進(jìn)速度補(bǔ)償機(jī)構(gòu)和限深機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,,應(yīng)用Matlab仿真前進(jìn)速度補(bǔ)償機(jī)構(gòu)各參數(shù)對(duì)穴播軌跡的影響,,篩選出主曲柄角速度、中心距和副曲柄長(zhǎng)度對(duì)膜下播種深度合格率和膜孔合格率影響較大,;采用三因素三水平響應(yīng)面法進(jìn)行多因素方差分析,,結(jié)果表明:影響播種深度合格率的因素主次順序?yàn)椋褐行木唷⒏鼻L(zhǎng)度和主曲柄角速度,;影響播種深度合格率的因素主次順序?yàn)椋焊鼻L(zhǎng)度,、主曲柄角速度和中心距;以播種深度合格率為主,,兼顧膜孔合格率最大為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),,優(yōu)化結(jié)果為:當(dāng)主曲柄角速度為89.10rad/s、中心距為58.55mm,、副曲柄長(zhǎng)為95.1mm時(shí),,播種深度合格率和膜孔合格率的5次均值分別為94.89%、93.61%,。試驗(yàn)表明前進(jìn)速度補(bǔ)償機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠,,試驗(yàn)效果滿足玉米播種機(jī)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求及甘肅省玉米播種農(nóng)藝要求。

    Abstract:

    To increase the qualified rate of sowing depth and the qualified rate of film hole for electric driving maize planter with dibbling on membrane, forward speed compensation device and limited depth mechanism were calculated. With Matlab impact of parameters of speed compensation mechanism on dibbling trajectory were simulated. Screening out that crank angular velocity, center distance and assistant crank length have significant impact on qualified rate of sowing depth and the qualified rate of film hole. According to response surface method with 3 factors and 3 levels, multi-factor variance analysis was conducted. Results showed that influence on the qualified rate of sowing depth was order, center distance, assistant crank length and crank angular velocity, and influence on qualified rate of film hole was order, assistant crank length, crank angular velocity and center distance. To get maximizing the qualified rate of sowing depth and the qualified rate of film hole, optimal parameters was that crank angular velocity was 89.10rad/s, center distance was 58.55mm, and assistant crank length was 95.1mm. Under that condition, the qualified rate of sowing depth and the qualified rate of film hole respectively was 94.89%, 93.61%. Test process showed that speed compensation mechanism run smoothly and reliably, and results met standard requirements related to seeder and agricultural requirements for maize planting in Gansu.
