    針對現(xiàn)有馬鈴薯清選分選機(jī)的薯土分離效果差,、傷薯率較高,、工作效率低等問題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種撥輥推送式馬鈴薯清選分選機(jī),。對該機(jī)器的工作機(jī)理進(jìn)行了闡述,,確定了清選裝置、分選裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),,分析了馬鈴薯在清選分選過程中的力學(xué)特性,。選取機(jī)組的轉(zhuǎn)速、上料量,、機(jī)組提升角度作為試驗(yàn)因素,,傷薯率、分選清潔率為試驗(yàn)性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行正交試驗(yàn),,并對試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行顯著性分析,。結(jié)果表明,各因素對傷薯率影響的主次因素順序?yàn)椋簷C(jī)組提升角度,、機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)速和上料量,;對分選清潔率的影響主次因素順序?yàn)椋荷狭狭俊C(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)速和機(jī)組提升角度,。按照以馬鈴薯的傷薯率較低,,兼顧分選清潔率較高的原則,確定較優(yōu)組合,,即機(jī)組轉(zhuǎn)速為145r/min,,上料量為20t/h,機(jī)組提升角度為12°,,并對該參數(shù)組合進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn),,結(jié)果表明,在該條件下機(jī)器傷薯率為0.773%,,分選清潔率為95.42%,,符合基本作業(yè)要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of poor separation effect, high damage rate and low working efficiency of the existing potato cleaning and sorting machine, a poking roller shoving type potato cleaning and sorting machine was designed. The working mechanism of the potato cleaning machine was described, and the structural parameters of the cleaning device and the sorting device were determined. And the mechanical properties of potato during cleaning and sorting process were analyzed. The orthogonal test was carried out with the unit speed, feeding amount and unit lifting angle as experimental factors, the damaged rate and sorting cleaning rate as experimental indexes. The test results were analyzed by using the data processing software, and it showed that the primary and secondary factors influencing the damaged rate were as follow: unit lifting angle, rotating speed and feeding amount;and the factors affecting the sorting cleaning rate were as follow: feeding amount, unit speed and unit lifting angle. According to the principle of low damage rate and good cleaning rate, the optimum experimental parameters combination were as follow: the unit speed of 145r/min, the feeding account of 20t/h, and the unit lifting angle of 12°. And verifying test results were as follows as follow: the damage rate of potato was 0.773% and the sorting cleaning rate was 95.42%, which met the requirement of potato cleaner. The research provided a reference for further reducing the damage rate and optimizing the parameter of potato sorting machine.
