    摘要:

    采摘是溫室作物生產(chǎn)中勞動力耗費最大且最難以實現(xiàn)機(jī)械化作業(yè)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),,近幾十年來采摘機(jī)器人技術(shù)得到了迅速發(fā)展,,特別是日本以番茄、草莓等主要作物為對象的機(jī)器人采摘研究得到了持續(xù)和深入的開展,。這些年中國溫室的采摘機(jī)器人技術(shù)發(fā)展迅猛,,已成為全球研發(fā)最為活躍的國家。本文按作物品種對日本,、中國,、歐盟、韓國等的溫室采摘機(jī)器人技術(shù)研究的發(fā)展進(jìn)程進(jìn)行分析,,梳理出了全球該領(lǐng)域的主要研發(fā)主體,、技術(shù)特征、發(fā)展水平和演進(jìn)脈絡(luò),。在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)了溫室采摘機(jī)器人技術(shù)發(fā)展的復(fù)雜非結(jié)構(gòu)環(huán)境的適應(yīng)能力,、復(fù)雜機(jī)器人系統(tǒng)的融合能力兩大技術(shù)關(guān)鍵,認(rèn)為環(huán)境工廠化、結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,、多機(jī)共融化和人機(jī)共融化將成為其發(fā)展的未來趨勢,。

    Abstract:

    As harvesting operation is with the most labor cost, however, the most difficult to realize mechanized work in greenhouse crop production, robotic harvesting technology has been developing rapidly in recent decades. Especially, research on robotic harvesting technology for main crops such as tomatoes, strawberries has been conducted continuously and deeply in Japan. Since the beginning of the new century, research in China in this field has become the most active. Development process of research on robotic harvesting technology for different greenhouse crops in Japan, China, the European Union, South Korea and so on were analyzed, and global main research units and specialists, key technical characteristics, level of development and course of evolution in this field were summarized. In conclusion, the flexibility to complex non-structural environment and deep integration of complex robot system were regarded as two keys to stimulate the development of greenhouse picking robot technology. Finally, it was believed that operation environment factorization, robot configuration standardization, multi-robot cooperation and man-robot collaboration would become the development trend in future, thereby to accelerate the development of robotic harvesting technology and its application in greenhouse industry.
