    為提高機(jī)械式玉米排種器作業(yè)質(zhì)量與適播范圍,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于限位導(dǎo)引的動(dòng)定指勺夾持式玉米精量排種器,,闡述了排種器總體結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理,,優(yōu)化了關(guān)鍵部件指勺種盤和限位導(dǎo)引總成結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),。以排種器工作轉(zhuǎn)速和調(diào)控?cái)[臂調(diào)節(jié)尺寸為試驗(yàn)因素,株間合格指數(shù)和變異系數(shù)為試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),,進(jìn)行了單因素試驗(yàn)分析各因素對(duì)性能指標(biāo)的影響規(guī)律,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,排種器對(duì)各等級(jí)尺寸玉米種子均具有良好的適應(yīng)性,。為研究排種器最佳工作參數(shù),,采用多因素二次正交旋轉(zhuǎn)組合設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn),建立了性能指標(biāo)與試驗(yàn)參數(shù)間數(shù)學(xué)模型,,運(yùn)用Design-Expert 6.0.10軟件對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行處理分析,,對(duì)回歸模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化驗(yàn)證。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,當(dāng)工作轉(zhuǎn)速為30.5r/min,,調(diào)節(jié)尺寸為12.0mm時(shí),對(duì)圓形大粒玉米種子作業(yè)性能最優(yōu),,其合格指數(shù)為88.41%,,變異系數(shù)為12.32%,滿足精量播種作業(yè)要求,。

    Abstract:

    A clamping static and dynamic finger-spoon maize precision seed metering device was designed based on limited guiding principle to improve the performance and adaptability of maize seed metering device and meet the requirements of precision planting. The overall structure and working principle of the seed metering device were illustrated and analyzed. The optimal design of structural parameters of key components was conducted, such as the finger-spoon plate and the limited guiding assembly. The single factor tests were carried out with rotational speed and adjustment dimension as the experiment factors. The average seeding qualified index and the seeding coefficient of variation were chosen for evaluating the seeding performance. The results showed that the clamping finger-spoon maize precision seed metering device had good adaptability to four different types of maize seeds. To improve the working performance of the metering device and obtain the best operation parameters, the quadratic general rotary unitized design was carried out. Based on experimental data, a mathematical model was built by using the Design-Expert 6.0.10 software, the experimental factors were optimized, and the best combination was achieved. Test results showed that as the rotational speed was 30.5r/min, the adjustment dimension was 12.0mm, and the seeding qualified index was 88.41%, the seeding coefficient of variation was 12.32%, which could meet the requirements of precision planting. The results can provide the guidance and direction for the design and development of high-speed precision mechanical seed-metering device.
