    聲音分析技術(shù)已成為研究動(dòng)物行為,、動(dòng)物福利的一種重要工具,蛋雞聲音可用來評(píng)價(jià)其健康或福利狀況,,然而規(guī)?;半u舍中存在較多風(fēng)機(jī)噪聲等聲源干擾,這對(duì)準(zhǔn)確識(shí)別蛋雞發(fā)聲有很大影響,。本文以海蘭褐蛋雞為例,,預(yù)處理獲取的聲音信號(hào),以減少風(fēng)機(jī)噪聲的干擾,。利用數(shù)字化聲音采集平臺(tái)采集不同類型的蛋雞發(fā)聲和風(fēng)機(jī)噪聲音頻,,采用LabVIEW軟件進(jìn)行聲音信號(hào)處理并分析蛋雞聲音和風(fēng)機(jī)噪聲的時(shí)頻特征。同時(shí),,對(duì)比分析不同去噪方法(IIR濾波器去噪,、小波閾值去噪和改進(jìn)譜減法去噪)在去除風(fēng)機(jī)噪聲方面的效果。結(jié)果表明,,在信噪比為-8~20dB聲音環(huán)境下,,改進(jìn)譜減法均方根誤差最小(0.03~0.38),,算法運(yùn)行耗時(shí)最短(6~7ms),,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中去噪效果較好,可為規(guī)?;半u舍中風(fēng)機(jī)噪聲環(huán)境下的蛋雞聲音信號(hào)處理和分析提供參考,。

    Abstract:

    Sound analysis has become an important tool for studying the behavior, health and welfare of animals in recent years. Monitoring laying hens’ sound can be used to evaluate their health or welfare. However, large-scale henhouses exist more noise interference such as a typical fan noise, which has a great effect on accurately recognizing poultry vocalization. Hy-line brown laying hens were taken as an example and poultry sound signal pretreatment was applied for reducing the fan noise interference as far as possible. Different types of laying hens’ vocalization and fan noise were recorded by digital sound collection platform. LabVIEW software was used for sound signal processing and analyzing time-frequency characteristics of the fan noise as well as poultry vocalization. Meanwhile, compared with different noise reduction methods, including IIR filter de-noising, wavelet threshold de-noising and improved spectral subtraction methods, and the effect of different de-noising methods were evaluated. Results showed that the sound frequency of laying hens were mainly distributed between 400Hz and 2500Hz, and fan noise frequency distribution was between 0Hz and 1000Hz. In the acoustic environment of SNR within -8~20dB, the improved spectrum subtraction method had the minimum root mean square error (0.03~0.38) with the shortest processing time (6~7ms), which had good outcome in practical application. This study provided foundation for analyzing laying hens’ vocalization in fan noise environment of large-scale henhouses.
