    為了提高個(gè)性化定制產(chǎn)品進(jìn)化效率,提出了一種在相似實(shí)例等距布種的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行等位基因多樣化閾值控制的優(yōu)勢(shì)種群產(chǎn)生策略。闡述了個(gè)性化定制產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì)種群的特征,認(rèn)為精英個(gè)體應(yīng)同時(shí)具有定制需求宏觀上的相似性和種群基因微觀上的多樣性兩大特征。在產(chǎn)品基因建模的基礎(chǔ)上,采用夾角余弦作為聚類統(tǒng)計(jì)量,提取具有相似定制基因組的歷史實(shí)例作為優(yōu)勢(shì)種群的初始解;基于加權(quán)的閔科夫斯基距離,對(duì)初始解成員進(jìn)行等距采樣,形成差異化精英個(gè)體候選隊(duì)列,以實(shí)現(xiàn)種群的均勻布種;采用杰卡德距離度量候選個(gè)體承載的基因組與當(dāng)前初始基因庫(kù)兩者間差異度,提出了等位基因閾值矩陣,構(gòu)建了多樣化等位基因生成算法。給出了產(chǎn)品適應(yīng)度評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù),基于評(píng)價(jià)反饋對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)度低的初始種群進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。以橋式起重機(jī)為例,對(duì)提出的策略進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該策略能同時(shí)兼顧進(jìn)化效率和進(jìn)化質(zhì)量,有助于避免早熟收斂現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,適合個(gè)性化定制產(chǎn)品的進(jìn)化設(shè)計(jì)。

    Abstract:

    The development of initial population generation strategy was briefly reviewed. In order to realize the efficient evolution design of customization products, a reasonable model and algorithm was proposed to produce the superior population. Characteristics of the superior population for customized products were discussed. The two remarkable features were that elite individuals should have the similarity of customized requirements and initial genes should be diverse. Based on product gene model, historical product design cases with similar custom genome were obtained by using the angle cosine as clustering statistic, and these cases were used as the initial solution for superior population. Elite individual candidate queue was established by sampling the initial solution members with equal weighted Minkowski distance to achieve uniform population distribution. Difference between the elite individuals genome and the current initial gene library was measured by Jaccard distance. Allele threshold matrix was defined and a diversity allele generation algorithm was built to achieve the diversity of initial population genes. The product fitness evaluation function was established and the dominance of the initial population could be improved according to the feedback result of the evaluation function. The strategy and method were effective in an instance of the product called bridge crane. The experimental results showed that the differentiation of individual queues and the control of multiple gene thresholds could help to avoid premature convergence and obtain high fitness solutions, the proposed approach could take into account both the evolutionary efficiency and the evolutionary quality and increase the success rate of evolution. The strategy was suitable for customized product evolutionary design.
