    對厭氧消化產(chǎn)酸纖維(揮發(fā)性脂肪酸生產(chǎn)廢渣)進(jìn)行了酶解糖化和沼氣發(fā)酵實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,探索了乙酸氨水兩步預(yù)處理對木質(zhì)纖維素降解,、葡萄糖濃度,、木糖濃度和沼氣產(chǎn)率的影響,。結(jié)果表明:乙酸氨水兩步預(yù)處理進(jìn)一步降解了厭氧消化產(chǎn)酸中的半纖維素和木質(zhì)素,,而且纖維素回收率較高,,為77.47%~81.44%,,其中4%乙酸處理和10%氨水處理實(shí)驗(yàn)組的纖維素質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到56.82%,,半纖維素質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)僅為7.94%;在上述預(yù)處理?xiàng)l件下,,酶解糖化效率最高,,葡萄糖質(zhì)量濃度達(dá)到47.46g/L,葡萄糖得率為67.73%,;同時(shí)在此乙酸氨水兩步預(yù)處理?xiàng)l件下的沼氣產(chǎn)率明顯優(yōu)于單獨(dú)乙酸和單獨(dú)氨水預(yù)處理,,獲得的最高沼氣產(chǎn)率為414mL/g,有效提高了厭氧消化產(chǎn)酸纖維的產(chǎn)氣效率,。

    Abstract:

    The enzymatic hydrolysis and biogas fermentation of anaerobically digested fiber from volatile fatty acids (VFAs) production with rice straw were studied. The effects of two-step pretreatment of acetic acid and aqueous ammonia on the degradation of lignocellulose, glucose concentration, xylose concentration and biogas production were explored. The results showed that two-step pretreatment of acetic acid and aqueous ammonia can further degrade the hemicellulose and lignin in anaerobically digested fiber from VFAs production, and the recovery rate of cellulose was higher, which was 77.47%~81.44%. Among them, the mass fraction of cellulose was 56.82% and the mass fraction of hemicellulose was only 7.94% for pretreatment of 4% acetic acid and 10% aqueous ammonia at 121℃. Under the above pretreatment conditions, the enzymatic saccharification efficiency was the highest, the mass concentration of glucose was 47.46g/L, and the glucose yield was 67.73%. Furthermore, the biogas production rate of anaerobically digested fiber from volatile fatty acids production pretreated by two-step pretreatment was better than those of acetic acid pretreatment alone and aqueous ammonia pretreatment alone. The highest biogas yield (414mL/g) was obtained. Two-step pretreatment effectively improved the biogas yield of anaerobically digested fiber from VFAs production. Therefore, the research proved a new biorefinery way of anaerobically digested fiber.
