    摘要:

    針對(duì)現(xiàn)有絞龍和塞盤(pán)等管道式輸送粉狀飼料方式存在殘留量不易清理,、送料量計(jì)量困難等問(wèn)題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種由稱量平臺(tái),、送料車(chē),、平移軌道,、高架軌道和控制系統(tǒng)組成的飼料自動(dòng)輸送系統(tǒng),。通過(guò)研究在送料車(chē)遍巡舍內(nèi)圈欄位的基礎(chǔ)上舍內(nèi)圈欄與目標(biāo)巡航時(shí)間的關(guān)系,,確定送料車(chē)和軌道等硬件設(shè)計(jì)方案以及技術(shù)參數(shù),,結(jié)合稱量傳感器負(fù)反饋控制方法,,設(shè)計(jì)WiFi無(wú)線控制系統(tǒng),,實(shí)現(xiàn)送料車(chē)裝料和卸料的自動(dòng)巡航控制,稱量平臺(tái)自動(dòng)計(jì)量裝料量,以及平移軌道機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)接稱量平臺(tái)與舍內(nèi)雙列圈欄軌道,。以粉狀飼料作為試驗(yàn)材料在中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)上莊試驗(yàn)站進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),,結(jié)果表明:稱量系統(tǒng)測(cè)量值與實(shí)際測(cè)量值的相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差平均值之差小于1%,系統(tǒng)測(cè)量值的最大相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差小于2.5%,,滿足精確供料要求,;自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)能夠控制送料車(chē)按設(shè)計(jì)要求完成裝料、巡航送料和卸料,,具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of conveying powder feed by spiral springs and plug plates such as the clean of residue and the measurement of feed quantity, an automatic feeding conveying system consisted of weighing platform, feeding vehicle, translational orbit, overhead orbit and control system was designed. The design of feeding vehicle, orbit and parameters were determined by the relationship between the inner pigpen and the cruise time. Combined with the negative feedback control method of weighing sensor, the WiFi wireless control system was designed with Arduino control board. The system can realize automatic cruise control of feeding vehicle’s loading and unloading, automatic measurement of loading quantity by weighing platform and the joint of weighing platform and the orbits by translational orbit mechanism. The experiment was made with powdery feed at China Agricultural University Shangzhuang Experimental Station. The results indicated that the difference between the relative standard deviation of the weighing system measured value and the actual measured value was less than 1%, 〖JP3〗the maximum relative standard deviation of the system measured value was less than 2.5%, and the weighing system had a high degree of accuracy. Additionally, controlled by the system, the feeding vehicle can complete loading, cruising and unloading functions according to requirements to realize two rows of pigpen feeding. The orbital feeding system had practical application value for precise feeding in the pig house.
