    為研究不同空化工況下軸流泵裝置內(nèi)部壓力脈動(dòng)特性,采用動(dòng)態(tài)壓力傳感器對(duì)派河口泵站軸流泵裝置模型的葉輪進(jìn)口,、葉輪出口、導(dǎo)葉出口3個(gè)壓力監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn),分別在2.5、3.5,、4.5、5.4m揚(yáng)程和未發(fā)生空化,、臨界空化(泵裝置效率下降1%),、深度空化(泵裝置效率下降3%)等12種工況下進(jìn)行了壓力脈動(dòng)試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:葉輪進(jìn)口處的壓力脈動(dòng)曲線為平滑的近似正弦曲線;葉輪出口處壓力脈動(dòng)曲線幅值最大,,且只在高揚(yáng)程,、未發(fā)生空化工況下的一個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)周期內(nèi)表現(xiàn)出明顯有規(guī)律的二次諧波特性;導(dǎo)葉出口的壓力脈動(dòng)時(shí)域特性與葉輪進(jìn)口相似,??焖俑道锶~變換(FFT)結(jié)果表明:各監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)在各工況下的主頻為葉片通過(guò)頻率的整數(shù)倍頻,同一揚(yáng)程工況下,,隨著空化程度的加深,,各監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)主頻附近的諧頻逐漸向低頻段移動(dòng);導(dǎo)葉出口與葉輪進(jìn)口受葉頻影響較小,,且表現(xiàn)出相似的頻率特性。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain the pressure pulsation characteristics of the model of one axial flow pump unit named Paihekou station under different cavitation conditions, the monitoring points of pressure were set near the impeller inlet, the impeller outlet and the vane outlet, the test was conducted by applying a dynamic pressure sensor system under four different head conditions with three different cavitation conditions of no cavitation, critical cavitation (pump efficiency decreased by 1%), deep cavitation (pump efficiency decreased by 3%). The test results showed that the pressure pulsation curve at the inlet of the wheel was a smooth and approximate sine curve, and the amplitude of the pressure fluctuation curve at the outlet of the impeller was the largest and showed obvious second harmonic characteristics in a rotating cycle under the high head condition without cavitation. The time domain characteristics of pressure pulsation of vane outlet were similar to that of impeller inlet. The results of FFT showed that the main frequency of each monitoring point under different working conditions was the integral frequency doubling of the blade passing frequency. With the deepening of cavitation, harmonic frequency near the main frequency of each monitoring point was gradually moved to the low frequency section. The vane outlet and impeller inlet were less affected by the blade passing frequency and showed similar frequency characteristics.
