    摘要:

    針對(duì)甘蔗橫向種植機(jī)在種植過程中出現(xiàn)的漏播問題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一套基于51單片機(jī)的甘蔗實(shí)時(shí)補(bǔ)種系統(tǒng),。通過對(duì)充種,、儲(chǔ)種,、供種,、護(hù)種及投種過程進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)的仿真分析,,確定了影響補(bǔ)種效果的主要因素,設(shè)計(jì)了補(bǔ)種系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部件,。該系統(tǒng)采用AT89C52單片機(jī),、3套對(duì)射型激光傳感器分別對(duì)漏種、補(bǔ)種箱和儲(chǔ)蔗槽中蔗種余量不足的情況進(jìn)行信號(hào)采集,,進(jìn)行漏種計(jì)數(shù)顯示和實(shí)現(xiàn)蔗種余量不足時(shí)的報(bào)警,步進(jìn)電機(jī)作為動(dòng)力源,,驅(qū)動(dòng)輥耙轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)完成補(bǔ)種過程,。選取行進(jìn)速度和補(bǔ)種輥槽數(shù)為試驗(yàn)因素,以補(bǔ)種成功率和重置率為補(bǔ)種性能指標(biāo),,進(jìn)行了二因素五水平的正交旋轉(zhuǎn)組合試驗(yàn),。結(jié)果表明,行進(jìn)速度對(duì)補(bǔ)種成功率的影響極顯著,,補(bǔ)種輥槽數(shù)對(duì)補(bǔ)種成功率的影響極顯著,;利用Excel軟件進(jìn)行了二次回歸方程分析,得出當(dāng)行進(jìn)速度為3km/h,、補(bǔ)種輥槽數(shù)為10個(gè)時(shí),,補(bǔ)種成功率達(dá)到93.97%,重置率為1.69%,。設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)時(shí)補(bǔ)種系統(tǒng)性能穩(wěn)定可靠,,解決了播種器工作過程中的漏種問題。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of seeding omission of sugarcane transverse planter in the process of planting, a kind of replanting device with hierarchical transmission was designed. Through the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of filling, storing, supplying, protecting and throwing process, the main factors affecting the effect of replanting were determined, and the key components of replanting system were designed. A sugarcane real-time replenishment system based on 51 single chip computer was developed. The AT89C52 chip and three pairs of laser sensors were used to collect signals of sugarcane seed leakage, replenishment box and sugarcane storage tank for insufficient sugarcane seed reserve. The signal was counted and displayed. The alarm circuit realized the alarm of insufficient sugarcane seed reserve, and the stepper motor was used for the alarm. For power source, the driving roll rake rotated to complete the seed replenishment process. The bench test showed that by choosing two factors, i.e. the traveling speed and the number of grooves, and taking the success rate and the replacement rate as the performance index, the orthogonal rotation test of two factors and five levels was carried out. It was concluded that the traveling speed had a very significant influence on the success rate of replanting, followed by the number of grooves. The quadratic regression equation analysis with Excel showed that the success rate of replanting was 93.97% and the replacement rate was 1.69% when the traveling speed was 3km/h and the number of grooves was 10. The performance of the real-time seeding replenishment system was stable and reliable, which solved the problem of seeding leakage in the process of seeder operation.
