    摘要:

    為研究水肥一體化設(shè)備中用于過(guò)濾有機(jī)肥的Y型網(wǎng)式過(guò)濾器的堵塞規(guī)律,,對(duì)Y型網(wǎng)式過(guò)濾器在初始流量500L/h,、水源壓力117.6kPa下,,設(shè)置25,、30,、40、50g/L共4種黃腐酸鉀有機(jī)肥肥液質(zhì)量濃度,,進(jìn)行了過(guò)濾器堵塞試驗(yàn),,分析了Y型網(wǎng)式過(guò)濾器的局部水頭損失與單個(gè)濾孔濾網(wǎng)清潔度(單個(gè)濾孔有效過(guò)水?dāng)嗝婷娣e與孔隙總面積比值)S/S0的關(guān)系,,并利用XRD分析了過(guò)濾器內(nèi)堵塞物質(zhì)的成分。結(jié)果表明:肥液質(zhì)量濃度對(duì)過(guò)濾器濾網(wǎng)清潔度影響顯著,,建議肥液質(zhì)量濃度不超過(guò)40g/L;過(guò)濾器局部水頭損失在S/S0減小到10%后才逐漸開(kāi)始增大,,過(guò)濾器局部水頭損失與濾網(wǎng)清潔度、肥液質(zhì)量濃度有關(guān),,利用多項(xiàng)式擬合給出了過(guò)濾器濾網(wǎng)清潔度與肥液質(zhì)量濃度,、施肥持續(xù)時(shí)間的關(guān)系式及局部水頭損失與肥液質(zhì)量濃度、濾網(wǎng)清潔度的關(guān)系式;濾網(wǎng)堵塞物質(zhì)主要成分為硫酸鈣,、草酸鈣,。本研究結(jié)果可為水肥一體化設(shè)備中過(guò)濾器的選擇提供理論參考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the blockage law of Y mesh filter used to filter organic fertilizer in water and fertilizer integrated equipment, the clogging test of Y type mesh filter was carried out at the initial flow rate of 500L/h and the water source pressure of 117.6kPa, and the concentration levels of four kinds of potassium fulvic acid organic fertilizer solution, 25g/L, 30g/L, 40g/L and 50g/L were set up. The relationship between the local head loss coefficient of Y type mesh filter and the effective cross section area of single filter, the proportion of single filter effective cross section area and total area S/S0 was analyzed, and the composition of blockage material in the filter was analyzed by XRD. The results showed that the concentration of fertilizer solution had a significant effect on the screen cleanness of the filter. It was suggested that when the concentration of fertilizer solution was not more than 40g/L;the flow rate of 4m head loss in the filter was decreased by 17%~20%. The local head loss of filter was increased gradually when the screen cleanness was reduced to 10%. Correlation analyses displayed the local head loss coefficient of filter was only related to S/S0 and independent of fertilizer concentration. Furthermore, the formula for calculating the local head loss coefficient of filter under potassium fulvic acid organic fertilizer was put forward by using multinomial fitting;filter-element blocking substances mainly included calcium sulfate and calcium oxalate. The research results can provide some theoretical reference for the selection of filter in water and fertilizer integrated machine.
