    摘要:

    定量泵負(fù)載敏感系統(tǒng)在快速卸荷時(shí)容易出現(xiàn)壓力沖擊現(xiàn)象,,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的可靠性和壽命產(chǎn)生較大危害,。三通壓力補(bǔ)償閥是定量泵負(fù)載敏感系統(tǒng)中關(guān)鍵的調(diào)壓元件,本文以三通壓力補(bǔ)償閥為切入點(diǎn),,建立定量泵負(fù)載敏感系統(tǒng)功率鍵合圖模型,,基于鍵合圖模型推導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)方程,建立Matlab動(dòng)態(tài)仿真模型,,探討系統(tǒng)卸荷壓力沖擊的抑制方案,。基于系統(tǒng)仿真模型,,首先對(duì)系統(tǒng)卸荷壓力沖擊的仿真與試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,,驗(yàn)證了仿真模型的正確性;然后,,針對(duì)三通壓力補(bǔ)償閥的系統(tǒng)壓力腔阻尼,、閥芯直徑、Ls腔阻尼,、閥口錐角等關(guān)鍵參數(shù),,對(duì)卸荷壓力沖擊影響規(guī)律進(jìn)行仿真;最后,,基于關(guān)鍵參數(shù)對(duì)卸荷壓力沖擊影響規(guī)律的分析,,提出了一種“小閥芯、雙閥口”型三通壓力補(bǔ)償閥結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方案,,并對(duì)其卸壓沖擊抑制效果進(jìn)行了仿真和試驗(yàn),。結(jié)果表明,該方案可以有效抑制卸荷壓力沖擊,,優(yōu)化后系統(tǒng)卸壓沖擊壓差比原系統(tǒng)降低了89%,,卸荷壓力降低了20%,進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)了節(jié)能,。

    Abstract:

    The load sensitive system of constant displacement pump is prone to pressure shock when unloading rapidly, which is harmful to the reliability and life of the system. As the three-way pressure compensation valve is the key pressure regulating element in the load sensitive system of constant displacement pump, the three-way pressure compensation valve was studied to find the suppression scheme of the system unloading pressure shock. Firstly, the power bond graph model of the system was built, and the state equation of the system were deduced. Then the dynamic simulation model of Matlab was established according to the state equation. After that, the correctness of the simulation model was verified by the simulation and test analysis of unloading pressure shock. The influences of the damping of pressure chamber, diameter of valve core, damping of Ls chamber and the cone angle of valve port on unloading pressure shock were analyzed by using the simulation model. Finally, based on the structure optimization of three-way pressure compensation valve, a new type of three-way pressure compensation valve with double valve ports was proposed, and it was verified that the valve could effectively suppress the unloading pressure shock. The simulation and experimental results showed that the new valve could effectively suppress the unloading pressure shock, and the optimized system reduced the unloading pressure shock by 89% compared with the original system, at the same time, it also reduced the unloading pressure by 20%, further realizing the energy saving.
