    摘要:

    針對(duì)聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)稻谷含水率實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)過(guò)程中因樣本含雜率高而導(dǎo)致精度和穩(wěn)定性差的問(wèn)題,,搭建了兼具二次篩分除雜功能的稻谷實(shí)時(shí)采樣臺(tái)架,基于采樣臺(tái)架采用電容法設(shè)計(jì)了聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)稻谷含水率在線(xiàn)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),。設(shè)計(jì)了檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)硬件電路,,開(kāi)發(fā)了上位機(jī)監(jiān)控界面,實(shí)現(xiàn)了上位機(jī)和下位機(jī)之間的通信,。分析了溫度和含雜率變化對(duì)電容差值的影響規(guī)律,,進(jìn)行了采樣臺(tái)架性能試驗(yàn),建立了電容差值,、溫度和稻谷含水率輸出的關(guān)系模型,,其二階模型決定系數(shù)為0.9866,并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,。結(jié)果表明:采樣臺(tái)架篩分后的稻谷含雜率均小于1.2%,;室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)時(shí),檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)最大誤差為0.42%,,平均誤差為0.22%,,檢測(cè)裝置平均相對(duì)誤差不大于1.25%;田間試驗(yàn)時(shí),,檢測(cè)裝置相對(duì)誤差小于3%,,有效提高了在線(xiàn)檢測(cè)精度。本研究可為稻谷含水率的在線(xiàn)獲取提供參考,。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the poor accuracy and low stability problems of the real-time measurement system of paddy rice moisture content in combine harvester, a real-time sampling platform for paddy rice was set up, based on which the real-time measurement system of paddy rice moisture content in combine harvester was designed by capacitance method. The hardware circuit of the detection system was designed and the monitor interface of the master computer was developed to realize the communication between the master computer and the slave computer. The master computer can display and store monitoring information in real time. The influence of temperature and impurity rate on capacitance difference was analyzed and the performance of the sampling platform was verified. The relation models of capacitance difference, temperature and paddy rice moisture content output were established. The coefficient of determination was 0.9866, and the model was verified. The results showed that the impurity ratio of paddy rice was less than 1.2% after sieving by sampling platform. The maximum error of the detection system in laboratory testing was 0.42%, the average error was 0.22%, the average relative error of the detection device was no more than 1.25%. In the field validation test, the relative error of the detection device was less than 3%, which effectively improved the accuracy of on-line detection. The research result can provide a reference for on-line access of paddy rice moisture content.
