    摘要:

    為了研究秸稈多級(jí)連續(xù)冷輥壓成型方法的可行性,設(shè)計(jì)并試制了樣機(jī),,采用正交試驗(yàn)方法,,以玉米秸稈含水率、秸稈破碎方式,、破碎長(zhǎng)度,、喂料方式為試驗(yàn)因素,以成型塊回彈率,、密度,、堅(jiān)實(shí)度為試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),進(jìn)行了四因素三水平正交試驗(yàn)研究,,研究試驗(yàn)因素對(duì)試驗(yàn)指標(biāo)的影響,。試驗(yàn)表明,交叉鉚固的喂料方式最能限制成型塊的回彈,;成型塊密度主要受破碎方式的影響,,受破碎長(zhǎng)度的影響較小,;成型塊堅(jiān)實(shí)度主要受破碎方式的影響,受含水率的影響較小,。通過(guò)綜合分析確定該成型機(jī)的較優(yōu)成型參數(shù)為:秸稈含水率20%,,破碎方式為揉搓破碎,破碎長(zhǎng)度80mm,,喂料方式為交叉鉚固,。在較優(yōu)成型參數(shù)下進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),測(cè)試秸稈多級(jí)輥壓成型機(jī)的性能指標(biāo),,結(jié)果表明,,該成型機(jī)生產(chǎn)的玉米秸稈成型塊的回彈率為7.26%,成型密度為363.28kg/m3,,堅(jiān)實(shí)度為90.23%,。本研究可為生物質(zhì)常溫致密成型技術(shù)及其設(shè)備的研發(fā)提供參考。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the feasibility of the straw multi-stage continuous cold roll forming method, a prototype was designed and tested. Orthogonal test method was used to test the four-factor three-level orthogonal test with the moisture content, crushing method, crushing length and feeding method of corn straw as the test factors, and the rebound rate, density and firmness of the formed blocks as the test indicators. The influence of experimental factors on experimental indicators was researched. The test results showed that the cross-riveted feeding method can most restrict the rebound of the shaped block;the density of the shaped block was mainly affected by the crushing method, followed by the length of the crushing;the solidity of the shaped block was mainly affected by the crushing method, and the moisture content was the second of it. Comprehensive analysis determined that the preferred forming parameters of the molding machine were: moisture content of 20%, crushing method by rubbing and crushing, crushing length of 80mm, feeding method by cross riveting. The experiment was carried out under the conditions of better molding parameters, and the performance indicators of the molding machine were tested. The results showed that the rebound rate of corn straw molding block produced by the molding machine was 7.26%, the molding density was 363.28kg/m3, and the firmness was 90.23%. The research results provided a reference for the research and development of biomass compression molding technology and equipment at normal temperature.
