    針對砂壤土條件下馬鈴薯中耕機作業(yè)效率低,、培土效果不佳等問題,設(shè)計了一種犁鏵式馬鈴薯中耕機,。闡述了該機整體結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理,,闡明了犁體曲面成形原理,采用水平元線法并結(jié)合馬鈴薯中耕作業(yè)要求以及動力學(xué)分析確定了影響培土犁作業(yè)效果的犁體結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)及其取值范圍,?;贓DEM離散元仿真技術(shù),建立了部件-土壤仿真模型,,以培土高度,、土壤破碎率為試驗指標(biāo),以導(dǎo)曲線上端切線夾角,、初始元線角,、元線角差值為試驗因素,進(jìn)行了二次正交旋轉(zhuǎn)回歸仿真試驗,。在仿真試驗基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了田間試驗,,結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計的犁鏵式馬鈴薯中耕機碎土率為94.7%,、培土高度為8.4cm,、作業(yè)深度為13.6cm,根深穩(wěn)定性系數(shù)為92.1%,,油耗為14.6kg/hm2,,明顯優(yōu)于鋤鏟式馬鈴薯中耕機的作業(yè)效率及作業(yè)效果,滿足馬鈴薯中耕機作業(yè)要求,。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of low operating efficiency and poor soil cultivation effect of potato cultivators in sandy loam soil conditions, a type of plowshare potato cultivator was designed. The overall structure and working principle of the machine were described. It clarified the main view of the plow body’s contour, the establishment of the guide curve, and the change law of the angle between the horizontal element straight line and the x-axis, and using the horizontal element line method, combined with the requirements of potato field tillage operation and dynamic analysis, the plow body structure parameters and their ranges that affected the effect of soil plow operation were determined. Based on the EDEM discrete element simulation technology, a component-soil simulation model was established. The soil height and soil fragmentation rate were used as test indicators. The tangent angle at the upper end of the guide curve, the initial element line angle, and the element line angle difference were the test factors, and the simulated quadratic orthogonal rotation regression test was carried out. Field experiments were conducted on the basis of simulation. The test results showed that the plowshare potato field cultivator developed had the soil crushing rate of 94.7%, the soil height of 8.4cm, the working depth was 13.6cm, the root depth stability coefficient was 92.1%, and the fuel consumption was 14.6kg/hm2, which was significantly better than the shovel type potato field cultivator’s operating efficiency and results, and satisfied the operating requirements of the potato field cultivator.
