    摘要:

    針對我國養(yǎng)殖業(yè)缺乏高效飼草粉碎機的問題,,設(shè)計了一種旋筒供料錘式飼草粉碎機,,建立了粉碎和旋轉(zhuǎn)作業(yè)的理論模型,對錘片尺寸形狀,、回轉(zhuǎn)半徑,、粉碎轉(zhuǎn)速、拋送距離,、輸送能力,、供料轉(zhuǎn)速和粉碎長度等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)進行了設(shè)計與計算,采用EDEM對粉碎羊草的轉(zhuǎn)速,、錘片數(shù)量,、動定刀間隙和出料口仰角等關(guān)鍵因素進行了仿真分析。分析表明隨著粉碎轉(zhuǎn)速增高,、錘片數(shù)量增加和動定刀間隙減小,,顆粒尺寸均減小,粉碎扭矩先減小后增大,,羊草拋送距離先增大后減小,。隨著出料口仰角的增大,羊草拋送距離先增大后減小,。仿真得到的羊草最佳粉碎條件為粉碎轉(zhuǎn)速1500r/min,、錘片數(shù)量24把,、動定刀間隙22mm和出料口仰角20°。取羊草進行粉碎試驗,,試驗結(jié)果與仿真分析基本一致,。當旋筒轉(zhuǎn)速為8r/min時,成捆壓實羊草的粉碎效率為25m3/h,,單人作業(yè)效率是鍘草機的12倍,,單機作業(yè)效率是鍘草機的3倍。粉碎羊草破壁率大于90%,,搓揉效果良好,。粉碎羊草直徑為0.1~1.2mm,平均直徑為0.65mm,。粉碎羊草長度為16~157mm,,平均長度為47mm,拋送距離為11m,。粉碎后的羊草飼喂效果較好,,達到了設(shè)計目標。

    Abstract:

    Due to the lack of efficient forage grinders in Chinas animal husbandry industry, a rotary feed tube hammer grinder was designed, and the theoretical model of grinding and rotating feed was established. The key parameters, such as hammer size and shape of, rotation radius, grinding speed, throwing distance, conveying capacity, feeding speed and the length of particles were designed and calculated. EDEM was used to simulate the key factors such as the grinding speed, hammer numbers, tool clearance and discharging angle to grind-Leymus chinensis. Analysis result showed that with the increase of the grinding speed, the increase of the hammer number, and the decreases of the tool clearance, the particle size was decreased, the grinding torque was firstly decreased and then increased, and the particle throwing distance was increased first and then decreased. With the increase of the discharging angle, the particle throwing distance was increased first and then decreased. The optimal grinding parameters of Leymus chinensis obtained by simulation were the grinding speed of 1500r/min, the hammers number of 24, the tool clearance of 22mm, and the discharging angle of 20°. Leymus chinensiswas taken for grinding test, and the test results were basically consistent with the simulation analysis. When the rotating speed of tube was 8r/min, the grinding efficiency of compacted-Leymus chinensis was 25m3/h. The single-person working efficiency was more than 12 times of that of the chaff cutter, and the single-machine working efficiency was more than three times of that of the chaff cutter. The wall-breaking rate of Leymus chinensis-particles was greater than 90%, and the rubbing effect was good. The diameter of particles was ranged from 0.1mm to 1.2mm, with an average diameter of 0.65mm. The particle length was distributed in the range of 16mm to 157mm, the average length was 47mm, and the throwing distance was 11m. The feeding effect of the grinded-Leymus chinensis was better, and the design goal was completed.
