    摘要:

    針對(duì)油葵脫粒生產(chǎn)中存在的油葵籽粒含雜率,、損失率高等問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種切流式油葵脫粒篩分機(jī),。利用RecurDyn軟件建立了振動(dòng)篩動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,,以篩面質(zhì)心點(diǎn)為對(duì)象分析了篩面運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,。結(jié)果表明,該振動(dòng)篩的運(yùn)動(dòng)有利于油葵籽粒向前輸送和分散,,可有效避免堆積堵塞現(xiàn)象,。通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)確定了滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速、喂入量,、預(yù)設(shè)脫粒間隙的取值范圍,;以滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速、喂入量,、預(yù)設(shè)脫粒間隙為試驗(yàn)因素,,油葵籽粒含雜率、損失率為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),,設(shè)計(jì)Box-Behnken試驗(yàn),,運(yùn)用Design-Expert 10.0.7軟件對(duì)Box-Behnken試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行方差分析,建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)與試驗(yàn)因素的回歸模型,。以降低油葵籽粒含雜率,、損失率為目標(biāo),對(duì)滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速,、喂入量,、預(yù)設(shè)脫粒間隙進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)尋優(yōu)求解,獲得了較優(yōu)工作參數(shù)組合:滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速264r/min,、喂入量1.9kg/s,、預(yù)設(shè)脫粒間隙36mm。脫粒試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,油葵籽粒含雜率,、損失率分別為1.94%、2.64%,,滿足脫粒要求,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of high impurity rate and high loss rate of oil sunflower seeds in oil sunflower threshing production, a cut-flow oil sunflower threshing and screening machine was designed. The dynamic model of the vibrating screen was established by using RecurDyn software, and the motion law of the screen surface was analyzed with the center of mass point of the screen surface as the object. The results showed that the movement of the vibrating screen was conducive to forward transportation and dispersion of oil sunflower seeds, and it can effectively avoid the phenomenon of accumulation and clogging. The value range of drum speed, feeding amount, and preset threshing gap were determined through single factor test. Taking drum speed, feeding amount, and preset threshing gap as test factors, oil sunflower seeds impurity rate and loss rate were evaluation indicators, the Box-Behnken test was designed, and the Design-Expert 10.0.7 software was used to analyze the variance of the Box-Behnken test results, and a regression model of evaluation indicators and test factors was established. In order to reduce the impurity rate and loss rate of oil sunflower seeds, multi-objective optimization of the drum speed, feeding amount, and preset threshing gap was carried out, and a better combination of working parameters was obtained as follows: drum speed was 264r/min, feeding amount was 1.9kg/s, and the preset threshing gap was 36mm. The results of the threshing test showed that the impurity rate and loss rate of oil sunflower seeds were 1.94% and 2.64%, respectively, which met the requirements of threshing.
