    提出一種二維活塞式動(dòng)態(tài)流量計(jì),,其計(jì)量單元二維活塞具有兩個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)自由度,包括直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),。因此該流量計(jì)兼顧無負(fù)載動(dòng)態(tài)缸測量流量的高動(dòng)態(tài)特性和轉(zhuǎn)子式流量計(jì)連續(xù)測量流量的能力,。闡述該流量計(jì)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,通過建立動(dòng)力學(xué)方程和流量連續(xù)性方程獲得對應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型來研究流量計(jì)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,。設(shè)計(jì)樣機(jī)并搭建動(dòng)態(tài)性能測試試驗(yàn)臺進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,二維活塞式動(dòng)態(tài)流量計(jì)有較好的動(dòng)態(tài)特性,,當(dāng)被測正弦流量振蕩頻率達(dá)5Hz,二維活塞式流量計(jì)測得流量的頻率仍與無負(fù)載動(dòng)態(tài)缸測得的基本一致,,兩者相位差接近于零,。流量計(jì)輸出信號的幅值衰減較為嚴(yán)重,原因?yàn)榱髁坑?jì)樣機(jī)內(nèi)存在空氣所致,。

    Abstract:

    A two-dimensional piston dynamic flowmeter was proposed, which utilized the two-dimensional piston with two degrees of freedom as a measuring unit. The two dimensional piston simultaneously performed both reciprocating and rotating motions. Therefore, the flowmeter took into account the high dynamic characteristics of the no-loaded dynamic cylinder to measure the unsteady flow, and the ability of the rotor flowmeter to continuously measure the flow rate. The mechanical structure and working principle of the flowmeter were explained, and the corresponding mathematical model was obtained by establishing the dynamic equation and flow continuity equation to study the dynamic characteristics of the flowmeter. After that, a prototype was designed and manufactured. A dynamic performance test bench was built for experimental research. The results of experiments showed that the two-dimensional piston dynamic flowmeter had better dynamic characteristics. When the oscillation frequency of the measured sinusoidal flow signal reached 5Hz, the frequency of the flow measured by the two-dimensional piston flowmeter was almost the same as that measured by the no-load dynamic cylinder, and the phase difference between these two signals was close to zero. However, the amplitude attenuation of the output signal of the flowmeter was more serious, which was caused by the presence of air in the flowmeter.
