    摘要:

    為實(shí)現(xiàn)雞肉新鮮度的快速準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè),,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于電子鼻和視覺(jué)數(shù)據(jù)融合的一體化檢測(cè)裝置,。裝置由控制系統(tǒng)、視覺(jué)系統(tǒng)和電子鼻系統(tǒng)3部分組成,,可同時(shí)通過(guò)電子鼻傳感器陣列檢測(cè)雞肉散發(fā)的氣體濃度并由攝像機(jī)采集雞肉視覺(jué)圖像,,控制板傳輸數(shù)據(jù)至Jetson Nano上位機(jī)進(jìn)行特征提取、融合與分析,。由該裝置獲取不同新鮮度雞肉樣本的氣味和圖像數(shù)據(jù),,采用主成分分析方法進(jìn)行降維處理,再基于支持向量機(jī)建立雞肉新鮮度分級(jí)模型,,準(zhǔn)確率可達(dá)98.7%,。該裝置具有準(zhǔn)確率高、便攜和穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn),,可為肉品新鮮度檢測(cè)提供技術(shù)支持,。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the fast and accurate detection of chicken freshness, an integrated detection device based on electronic nose and vision technology was designed. The structure of the device was divided into three parts, including the control system, the vision system, and the electronic nose system. It simultaneously detected the concentration of gas emitted from chicken samples through the sensor array of the electronic nose, and obtained the visual images of chicken samples by the camera. The gas concentration data were firstly transmitted from the control board to the Jetson Nano board, and then was fused with the visual images for feature extraction and further analysis. Computational fluid dynamics techniques were used to simulate the velocity cloud and velocity vector diagrams of the device under suction conditions to verify the feasibility of gas flow. Based on the gas concentration and image data of chicken samples of different freshness obtained by the device, principal component analysis method was adopted for dimensionality reduction, and chicken freshness grading model was established using support vector machine method with an accuracy rate of 98.7%. The device has the characteristics of high accuracy, portability and stability, which can provide technical support for meat freshness detection.
