    摘要:

    為解決現(xiàn)有對(duì)置斜盤(pán)有機(jī)肥側(cè)拋裝置在拋撒時(shí)存在的近處肥料堆積與局部起壟問(wèn)題,,結(jié)合側(cè)拋裝置各部件作用及工作原理,在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)一種對(duì)稱螺旋葉片輔助輥輪,,并優(yōu)化其關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和作業(yè)參數(shù),,明確了其與主拋撒部件圓盤(pán)的空間位置關(guān)系。利用EDEM軟件先后開(kāi)展了單因素與響應(yīng)面仿真試驗(yàn),,研究了輥輪轉(zhuǎn)速,、螺旋角和葉片數(shù)對(duì)均勻度變異系數(shù)和1m內(nèi)肥料占比的影響,優(yōu)化后得到了最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合,。仿真結(jié)果表明,,輔助輥輪工作時(shí)的最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合為輥輪轉(zhuǎn)速2238r/min、螺旋角42.70°,、葉片數(shù)4,,均勻度變異系數(shù)24.45%、1m內(nèi)肥料占比24.96%,,且以該參數(shù)組合進(jìn)行仿真的結(jié)果優(yōu)于原輥輪最優(yōu)參數(shù)仿真結(jié)果,;設(shè)計(jì)的輔助輥輪樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果為均勻度變異系數(shù)25.46%、1m內(nèi)肥料占比25.65%,,相較于原輔助輥輪的46.77%與65.94%有了很大改善,,配合主盤(pán)共同作用時(shí)拋撒均勻性好,無(wú)堆積和起壟現(xiàn)象,。研究表明:對(duì)稱螺旋葉片可有效修正肥料顆粒運(yùn)動(dòng)方向,,使主盤(pán)集中的非受控肥料向兩側(cè)分散,與主盤(pán)及其他輔助部件聯(lián)合作用下大幅提高了拋撒性能,。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of near fertilizer accumulation and local ridging in the existing side throw device for organic fertilizer with inclined opposite discs,,combined with the function and working principle of each component of side throw device,an auxiliary roller with symmetrical spiral blade was innovated on the basis of theoretical analysis,,the key structural parameters and operating parameters were optimized,,and the spatial position relationship between the side throw device and the discs of the main throwing component was clarified. Single factor and response surface experiments were carried out by EDEM software,the effects of roller speed,,helix angle and blade number on uniformity coefficient of variation and fertilizer proportion within 1m were studied,,the optimal parameter combination was obtained after optimization. The simulation results showed that the optimal parameter combination of auxiliary roller was roller speed of 2238r/min,helix angle of 42.70°,,number of blades of 4,,coefficient of variation of uniformity of 24.45%, fertilizer proportion within 1m of 24.96%,and the simulation results with this parameter combination were better than those with the optimal parameters of the original roller. Test results of new auxiliary roller after innovative design were 25.46% and 25.65%,,which were greatly improved compared with 46.77% and 65.94% of the original auxiliary roller,,when combined with the main discs throwing uniformity was good, no accumulation and ridging phenomenon occurred. The results showed that symmetric spiral blades can effectively correct the movement direction of fertilizer particles,so that the non-controlled fertilizers concentrated in the main discs were dispersed on both sides. Combined with the main disc and other auxiliary components,the throwing performance was greatly improved.
