    摘要:

    為提高離散元法對指導(dǎo)香蕉秸稈粉碎還田裝備設(shè)計(jì)與優(yōu)化的準(zhǔn)確性與可靠性,,本文利用Hertz-Mindlin with bonding接觸模型建立香蕉秸稈離散元粘結(jié)模型并進(jìn)行參數(shù)標(biāo)定。運(yùn)用高速攝影技術(shù)開展碰撞恢復(fù)試驗(yàn),、靜摩擦及滾動(dòng)摩擦臺架試驗(yàn),,確定了香蕉秸稈碰撞恢復(fù)系數(shù)、靜摩擦因數(shù)和滾動(dòng)摩擦因數(shù)等基本離散元模型接觸參數(shù),。開展香蕉秸稈物理與仿真剪切試驗(yàn),,獲得破壞香蕉秸稈外皮的力學(xué)特征曲線,確定物理最大剪切力為122.41N,;通過中心組合設(shè)計(jì)(Central composite design, CCD)響應(yīng)面法確定香蕉秸稈粘結(jié)模型的法向接觸剛度,、切向接觸剛度、臨界法向應(yīng)力與臨界切向應(yīng)力的最佳參數(shù)組合為5.89×107N/m,、2.49×106N/m,、1.39×105Pa、1.34×105Pa,。以參數(shù)標(biāo)定結(jié)果進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證,,結(jié)果表明,仿真剪切力結(jié)果與物理剪切力相對誤差僅為2.34%,,驗(yàn)證了該粘結(jié)參數(shù)標(biāo)定方法的可行性,,可為香蕉秸稈粉碎還田機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)與研究提供理論參考。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of using the discrete element method to guide the design and optimization of banana straw crushing and returning equipment, Hertz-Mindlin with bonding contact model was used to establish the discrete element bonding model of banana straw and carry out parameter calibration. The impact recovery test, static friction test, and rolling friction test were carried out by high-speed photography technology, and the basic discrete element model contact parameters such as impact recovery coefficient, static friction factor, and rolling friction factor of banana straw were determined. Physical and simulated shear tests of banana straw were carried out to obtain the mechanical characteristic curve of destroying banana straw outer skin, and the maximum physical shear force was determined to be 122.41N. The optimal parameter combinations of normal contact stiffness, tangential contact stiffness, critical normal stress, and critical tangential stress of the banana straw bonding model were determined by central composite design (CCD) response surface method. The simulation results showed that the relative error between the simulated shear force results and the physical shear force was only 2.34%, which verified the reliability and accuracy of the bond parameter calibration method, and provided a theoretical reference for the design and research of the banana straw crushing and return machine.
