    摘要:

    為了實(shí)現(xiàn)排種的均勻穩(wěn)定,,針對(duì)預(yù)切種式宿根蔗補(bǔ)種的難題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種宿根蔗補(bǔ)種機(jī)均勻排種控制系統(tǒng),由輥耙,、理蔗壓板,、種箱以及電控系統(tǒng)等組成,。通過運(yùn)用EDEM對(duì)排種機(jī)構(gòu)的排種過程進(jìn)行仿真分析及虛擬試驗(yàn),探討了系統(tǒng)主要工作參數(shù)對(duì)排種性能的影響,,對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),。通過單因素試驗(yàn)及Box-Behnken響應(yīng)面正交試驗(yàn),研究了輥耙角速度,、理蔗壓板壓力,、種箱內(nèi)蔗種數(shù)量、理蔗壓板活動(dòng)角對(duì)排種均勻度的影響規(guī)律,,建立了排種機(jī)構(gòu)排種性能的響應(yīng)面方程,,構(gòu)建了排種系統(tǒng)參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)的控制模型和控制算法。以種箱內(nèi)蔗種數(shù)量作為控制器輸入量,,控制器通過自動(dòng)調(diào)整輥耙角速度和理蔗壓板壓力來控制排種系統(tǒng)排種過程的均勻性,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用參數(shù)自調(diào)節(jié)排種控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行排種作業(yè)時(shí),,排種合格率為94.44%,,與未應(yīng)用參數(shù)自調(diào)節(jié)的排種系統(tǒng)相比提高8.88個(gè)百分點(diǎn);排種均勻度為0.46段2,。研究可為提高甘蔗宿根補(bǔ)種的均勻性及穩(wěn)定性提供技術(shù)支持,。

    Abstract:

    In order to achieve uniformity and stable seed discharge, a uniform seeding control system for ratoon cane reseeding machines was developed and designed to address the problem of pre-cut ratoon cane reseeding, which consisted of a roller rake, a cane pressure plate, a seed box and an electronic control system. By using EDEM to conduct simulation analysis and virtual tests on the seeding process of the seeding mechanism, the impact of the main working parameters of the system on the seeding performance was discussed, and the mechanism was optimized. Through the one-factor test and Box-Behnken response surface orthogonal test, the relationship between the influence of roller harrow rotational speed, cane pressurization pressure, the number of cane seeds in the seed box, and the activity angle of the cane pressurization plate on the uniformity of seed discharging was investigated, the response surface equation of the seed discharging performance of the seed discharging mechanism was established, and the control model and control algorithm for the adjustment of the parameters of the seed discharging system were constructed. Taking the remaining amount of sugarcane seeds in the seed box as the input of the controller, and the controller adjusts the roller rake speed and the pressure of the cane press to realize the uniform seeding of the seeding discharge system. The test results showed that when the parameter self-tuning seeding control system was used for seeding operations, the seeding pass rate was 94.44%, which was an increase of 8.88 percentage points compared with that of the seeding system without parameter self-tuning, and the seeding uniformity calculated based on variance was 0.46pcs2. The research result can provide theoretical technical support to improve the uniformity and stability of ratoon cane replanting.
