    為實現(xiàn)Senninger i-Wob2型噴頭的噴灌流量精準變量調(diào)節(jié),,在噴頭前安裝V型流量調(diào)節(jié)閥作為執(zhí)行機構(gòu),通過閥體水力性能試驗,,建立閥前壓力,、閥體開度和噴頭流量之間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系,據(jù)此設(shè)計變量噴灌控制系統(tǒng),,實現(xiàn)噴灌流量的精準調(diào)節(jié),。研究結(jié)果表明:確定壓力-開度-流量的數(shù)學(xué)模型特征流量系數(shù)KL為20.40,閥后壓力預(yù)測系數(shù)KP為0.97,,流量預(yù)測系數(shù)Kφ為7.08;噴頭射程和流量在相對開度為60%前,,隨閥體開度變化較為明顯;而在相對開度為60%后,射程與流量隨相對開度的變化幅度越來越小;調(diào)節(jié)閥流量調(diào)節(jié)的穩(wěn)態(tài)相對偏差不超過6.67%,調(diào)節(jié)時間不超過42 s,,測量精度在96%以上,。該研究實現(xiàn)了基于流量調(diào)節(jié)閥噴灌流量的精準控制,為流量調(diào)節(jié)閥在變量灌溉中的應(yīng)用提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the current sprinkler flow control is not fine enough, the precise variable adjustment of the irrigation flow of the Senninger i-Wob2 sprinkler was realized by installing a V-type flow control valve in front of the sprinkler as an actuator. Through the hydraulic performance test of the valve body, the mathematical relationship between the pressure before the valve, the opening of the valve body and the flow of the nozzle was established. According to the mathematical relationship, the overall structure of the variable irrigation control was designed, and the specific operation steps of the control structure were clarified, so as to realize the precise adjustment of the irrigation flow. The results showed that the flow calculation formula and the calculation method of the corresponding parameters were established, and the characteristic flow coefficient KL of the mathematical model of pressure-opening-flow was 20.40, the pressure prediction coefficient KP after the valve was 0.97, and the flow prediction coefficient Kφ was 7.08 through the hydraulic performance test data of the valve body. The range and flow rate of the nozzle changed obviously with the valve opening before the opening of 60%. However, after the opening was 60%, the range and flow rate changed with the valve opening was getting smaller and smaller;the steady-state relative deviation of the flow regulation of the control valve did not exceed 6.67%, the adjustment time did not exceed 42 s, and the measurement accuracy was above 96%. The research result realized the accurate regulation and control of sprinkler irrigation flow through the flow control valve, and provided strong data support for the application of flow control valve in variable irrigation.
