    摘要:

    為解決天然橡膠產(chǎn)業(yè)中膠工勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度高、技術(shù)難度大等問(wèn)題,,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于激光仿形的三軸式自動(dòng)割膠裝置,,通過(guò)分析天然橡膠樹(shù)樹(shù)圍和人工割膠軌跡,確定三軸移動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)和算法程序,,結(jié)合STM32開(kāi)發(fā)板控制割膠軌跡,;設(shè)計(jì)貼樹(shù)割膠機(jī)構(gòu)和仿形旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu),分析3種狀態(tài)下距離測(cè)量值,,結(jié)合多個(gè)舵機(jī)完成裝置貼樹(shù)仿形割膠,。以割膠角度、割膠深度和橡膠樹(shù)樹(shù)圍為試驗(yàn)因素,,以割膠深度合格率與割面平滑度合格率為試驗(yàn)指標(biāo),,利用Design-Expert軟件設(shè)計(jì)并進(jìn)行室內(nèi)割膠試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,當(dāng)割膠角度為24°,、割膠深度為4.96 mm時(shí),裝置對(duì)不同橡膠樹(shù)樹(shù)圍具有優(yōu)異的割膠效果,,其中橡膠樹(shù)樹(shù)圍為583 mm時(shí)割膠效果最佳,,此時(shí)割膠深度合格率為91.38%,割面平滑度合格率為89.73%,,滿足割膠作業(yè)要求,。

    Abstract:

    Aiming to solve the problems of high labor intensity and technical difficulty of rubber workers in the natural rubber industry,a three-axis automatic rubber tapping device was designed based on laser profiling. By analyzing the natural rubber tree circumference and manual rubber cutting trajectory within the natural rubber plantation,the structural parameters and algorithm procedures of the three-axis mobile mechanism were determined,and the tapping trajectory of the device was controlled by STM32 development board program. Pasting rubber tapping mechanism and profiling rotary mechanism were designed, and the module distance measurement values under three different tapping states were analyzed. The tree-sticking profiling tapping was completed by the rotation of the servos on the device. Taking rubber tapping angle, rubber tapping depth and the natural rubber tree circumference as test factors, and the qualified rate of rubber tapping depth and qualified rate of rubber tapping surface uniformity as test indexes, the indoor rubber tapping test was designed and carried out by Design-Expert software. the experimental results indicated that when the rubber tapping angle was 24 degrees and the tapping depth was 4.96 mm, the device had excellent tapping effect on different rubber tree circumference. Among them, the rubber tapping effect was the best when the natural rubber tree circumference was 583 mm, with the qualified rate of rubber tapping depth of 91.38% and the qualified rate of rubber tapping surface uniformity of 89.73%, meeting the technical requirements of rubber tapping.
